This luxury riverfront Villa with separate Cottage is located just a few minutes walk from the central Pacific Harbour palm fringed beach on the Eastern end of the Coral Coast. Combined the property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 9.

Perfect for your Fijian vacation this private gated riverfront property is a 5 minute walk to resorts and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the lovely Pacific Harbour beach, a 10 minute walk to the Village shopping area and an easy 5 minute drive to the Trent Jones 18 hole golf course. This riverfront retreat has a comfortable cantilevered screen room extending out over the river backed by lush tropical gardens. The property has easy access to the river for kayaking and water-sports.

The main Villa boasts two large ensuite bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining area a large full service kitchen including commercial gas stove and oven and an upstairs media room.

The master bedroom is large and comfortable with a separate sitting area and views overlooking the spectacular Qaraniqio river frontage with french doors out to the pool and the outdoor shower. The ensuite is complete with shower and separate large bathtub for your relaxation needs.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 guests and is configured with both a queen and a single bed, with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool and garden area.

Separately positioned on the property the cottage provides two bedrooms sleeping up to four(4) guests. One bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed with views overlooking the gardens and river.

What a gem!

We arrived quite late at night and were warmly greeted by Fredric. The property itself was much bigger than we expected and literally had everything you could possible need. We were a party of 6 adults and 2 children and we absolutely loved our stay here. Fredric went above and beyond to help with any queries or requests, and was just the perfect host! We had a wonderful time at this property, just wish it was slightly nearer to Nadi! Thank you to Fredric and his team xx

The most wonderful property in the most beautiful surroundings, don’t look any further!

River bend is a very special place. We stayed there for 10 days (2 families of 4). It is a 2 1/2 drive from the airport but Fredrick, who manages the property, organised our airport pick up for us and it is totally worth the journey. The villa is spacious, beautifully kept and has everything you would ever need. The pool is wonderful and was used every day by us all and with the River at the end of the garden, you can sit back and watch the world go by or take the kayak and explore the waters and the surrounding area. The grounds are impeccable and everyone is so friendly. Fredrick is on hand for advice and booking trips if you want them. The local restaurant The Establishment is a 2 minute walk and can not be faulted. Take a walk into Pacific Harbour and visit Baka Blues/Skinny Bean for great food or just coffee and cake. We can not recommend the Riverbend enough, we fell in love with Fij and the people and really did not want to leave this amazing property, it’s a real gem.

Tranquil house on the river

A perfect base for us at Pacific Harbour. Across the road from the Pearl Resort and the beach. Groceries, restaurant and fuel close by. Canoe up the river from the river house was fun. After a few days at the Beqa resort, it was nice to be able to do our own thing. Frederick was excellent host and helped organise rental car and other activities. Spoiler: It is the rainy side of the island and we had 4 days of cloud and rain and only 25 degrees but when the sun came out it was great.

This has been our family home for the last 28 years. It is a wonderful property that is perfect for small or large family gatherings. A whole lot of laughter and love has filled this home and it is now time to share the magic!

Complete with a huge family style pool, the special over the water screened in deck and gigantic pool side umbrellas you will come and never want to leave!
