Enterprise Court is a luxury condominium complex of only 6 properties, a short distance (3 mins walk) from the nearest beach (Freights Bay) and 5-10 minutes from what is probably the best beach on Barbados - the aptly named Paradise Beach (Enterpise Beach or Miami Beach).

'Calypso' is an attractive two-bedroom townhouse furnished to a high standard with the added luxury of a private plunge pool set amongst a beautiful tropical patio garden. This home away from home sleeps 4 and has a double bedroom (en-suite), a twin-bedded bedroom with an adjacent walk-in shower room and an additional downstairs bathroom. The well-equipped kitchen has fridge/freezer, washing machine, stove, microwave, toaster and other small appliances have been added for your convenience and the cupboards are well stocked with pots, pans, plates and glasses. The spacious living/dining area benefits from comfortable sofas, dining table/chairs, cable TV & CD/MP3 player. Enjoy a relaxing rum punch in the luxury of your own private plunge pool beside the hummingbirds feeding from tropical flowers.

Sunny weather all year round makes Barbados an ideal location for golf and the perfect vacation spot for golfers and 'would-be' golfers!

The glorious weather conditions are complemented by world-class golf courses and facilities. Most golf clubs offer professional instruction.

Closest to Calypso is the Barbados Golf Club which is located at Durants in Christ Church (1.5 miles from the house). 'The 18 hole golf course features two “Returning Nines” which finish into a expansive and unique triple green that wrap seamlessly around a lake.'

Both bedrooms overlook the landscaped gardens and are large and airy, with high beamed ceilings and fitted wardrobes with lots of space for your holiday clothes! The Master Bedroom has a luxurious Queen sized bed, air conditioning and an en suite bathroom, with bath and shower. Also provided for your convenience and peace of mind is an electronic safe that you can set with your own code for the duration of your stay. The second bedroom has two single beds, which can either be left separate or moved together as a large double bed. This bedroom is also air-conditioned. A superb separate bathroom is located adjacent to the 2nd bedroom with a large walk in shower. Linen and towels provided. Maid service twice weekly. Bedrooms and bathrooms have fitted mosquito guards at the windows.

Outside areas include a lovely shady terrace for relaxing and al fresco dining. On the terrace there is a patio table & 4 chairs as well as two comfy outdoor chairs. The terrace is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens including many colourful tropical flowers and shrubs. Meet and greet service available at property. For an additional cost (approx. $25 US payable locally) a taxi can be arranged to pick you up from the airport.

Excellent well appointed house that is in a fantastic location

Calypso was everything that we could have hoped for regarding our accommodations in Barbados. Our family of 4 was very comfortable and had plenty of space. The location was great, as it was a very short walk to Cotton beach, which is where they teach surfing and just a bit farther to Enterprise beach.

The kids spent a couple of days in surf lessons and had an absolute blast.

We hired a car and travelled around the island a bit, but it was unnecessary to leave the Oistins area, as it had everything we needed.

I would highly recommending staying at Calypso and would gladly book another stay there the next time we are in Barbados.

We have had a very relaxing two weeks here,lovely beaches ,a nice plunge pool to come back to after a day on the beach.

Patio is superb.

We have found that prices in Batbados have increased,especially in the restaurants,we used special offers most times which worked well.

Barbados is one of the nicest carabbean islands,people are so friendly and helpful.

Great Place If You're Looking For Peace And Quiet

Had a nice stay in a home with everything you need to feel immersed in the area. Homeowner and manager were responsive to any requests we had. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. There are bustling areas nearby to shop for food and fresh fish. One thing that I would say that is not so positive though is that the cleaning people came at 8am which is way early for me on vacation and if I could have had A/C in the living room that would have made it perfect.

Very clean and modern every facility required is here well done the Frosts

Excellent except for no welcome pack on arrival and is quite a walk to the nearest supermarket so a car is required so had to wait till morning to get providions that is our only problem we had with this lovely place and holiday home

A smart well maintained property. The owners and property manager are very helpful. Enterprise beach is nearby, as is Oistins. We stayed in 2016 and enjoyed it so much we returned this year.

GREAT stay in Calypso

Calypso is situated at the end of a cul de sac with a gated entrance to 6 other similar properties. It is very quiet and is not overlooked which is great whilst you are sitting in the back garden or having a dip in the refreshing plunge pool. Calypso has everything you need to make your holiday a truly home from home experience. The kitchen is well equipped, the lounge has comfortable chairs /settee and a large TV with a flow satellite which gives you a range of programmes to watch. The bedrooms are a large size, one having an ensuite and there is adequate wardrobe space in both. There is also a safe to keep your valuables. A cleaner comes in twice a week, a pool cleaner comes in once a week and gardeners come on a weekly basis all of which keeps the property clean and well kept. The Property Manager was very helpful and always responsive to our enquiries. There are a range of chairs you can take to the beach, plenty of beach towels and a large cool bag. Calypso is within walking distance of Oistins and the beautiful beaches of Miami and Enterprise Beach with all the facilities but Cotton Beach is just 2 minutes away where you can explore a beautiful beach often on your own. Oistins Fish Fry is a great place to eat on a Friday Evening and Oistins itself has a large outdoor fish market where you can buy your own fish & have it filleted whilst you wait. Calypso is a great place to explore the rest of the island either by local bus or ZR minibus or by hiring a car. We loved our stay here and have re booked for next year. Thoroughly reccomend a stay here ...you won't be disappointed.

Located on the south coast of Barbados, 'Calypso' offers you an unforgettable vacation! The property is a few minutes walk from the beach and local restaurants. Oistins, a fishing village about 3 minutes by car, is renowned for its Friday night Fish Fry, where you can purchase local fish fried over traditional coal pots. Eat, drink and talk to the locals, listening to calypso music - an event not to be missed! 'Calypso' is a short drive/bus journey from the popular St. Lawrence Gap where some of Barbados' best entertainment, nightclubs and restaurants are based. It is also close to (about 5 minutes by car) supermarkets, banks, mini golf, 18 hole golf course (Barbados Golf Club) and Ocean Park and within reach of many other sightseeing places. For a truly Bajan experience use the local transport (called ZRs) to travel along the south coast - cost only1.50Bds$ (approx 40p).
