The house is located on the seafront of the locality of S'anea Scoada, 1000 meters from Putzu Idu, in the province of Oristano, to the west of Sardinia, on the Sinis coast. We are 10 meters from the beach of the resort, facing the sea, with a wonderful view of this stretch of coastline. The house has a living room with table and chairs and a kitchen, both with sea view, with 4-burner stove and gas oven, fridge with freezer and cooking utensils, dishes, pots and glasses in quantity. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin that can become double, in the middle is a bathroom with toilet, bidet and shower. The ground floor has a veranda overlooking the sea, with table and chairs. The garden is shared only in the back, the front side is reserved for guests of the house, in the back side there is an outdoor shower, a shared washing machine and a shared barbecue area. The house consists of 2 apartments with 2 independent entrances, one facing the sea and one on the back, guests have privacy in both. Just south of Capo Mannu, extreme northern tip of the marine area of the Sinis peninsula, a place with an astonishing concentration of coastal beauties alternating coves with stretches of calcareous rock, stands a long beach with an oceanic-tropical aspect. It is S'Arena Scoada, which extends from Punta s'incodina, near the cliffs of su Tingiosu, up to Putzu Idu, from which it is separated by a small cliff. The beach, which falls within the territory of San Vero Milis, from which it is less than twenty kilometers, while Oristano is 25 km away, was originally S'anea scoada, that is the donkey without a tail. Then the name has turned into 'sand without tail', sand that is golden and very fine, alternating with very small fragments of multicolored quartz, polished stones and rocks. A characteristic feature is the calcareous rocks mixed with clay, used for sandblasting. The water is limpidissima, blue-green in color, the sandy bottom slopes gently. From here you will admire views that open towards the island of Mal di Ventre. The beach is very popular with kite and windsurf enthusiasts and offers ample parking and a bar. Behind there is a small tourist center, while on the north side you will admire an impressive arch carved into the rock: s'Architteddu. Beyond, there are the beach of Putzu Idu and the other pearls of Capo Mannu, an immense promontory that is almost an island, since it is connected to the mainland by strips of land and the Salina Manna pond. You will meet in the Mandriola order, the cale sa Figu and dei Tedeschi, know Mesa Longa, on Pallosu and, after the promontory, know Rocca Tunda and the coves of Scal'e Sali. To the south, on the border with Riola Sardo, the rocky coast rises above the shoreline, almost to herald the imposing spectacle of the Su Tingiosu cliff. From the erosion of limestone small enchanting coves have been created.

A thin and arched strip of very fine quartz grains nearly two kilometers long separates the turquoise sea from the sa Salina Manna pond. It is the beautiful beach of Putzu Idu, called 'cala Saline' and sheltered by the Mistral, which extends north of the magnificent s'Arena Scoada and reaches the beach of Mandriola. The quartz sand is white and soft. The waters offer, with varying light, suggestive shades from green to blue. The sandy bottom is shallow for tens of meters.
Putzu Idu is located at the northern end of the marine area of the Sinis peninsula, just below Capo Mannu, in the territory of San Vero Milis, from which it is about twenty kilometers. At the beach you will have available refreshment points, beach equipment rental and possibility of excursions to the island of Mal di Ventre, which stands alone in the south-west of the promontory. In the tourist center behind you are all the necessary services. As in all the Sinis, waves are often created that are a strong attraction for kites and wind surfers. Behind the beach and inhabited center there is Salina Manna, a habitat of protected flora and fauna, including pink flamingos in spring.
Going up along the head, you will meet Mandriola beach, which closes the arch created by Putzu Idu bay: it is a small beach of clear and soft sand with crystal clear water. Continuing towards the tower of Capo Mannu, known as sa Mora (mid-seventeenth century), you will encounter two other beautiful bays: sa Figu and dei Tedeschi. The first is a small expanse of amber sand, set among the rocks, a favorite destination for many surfers. The other is named after a pier that served as a refueling point for the German submarines during the Second World War. Today it is famous for diving. On the other side of Capo Mannu, do not miss also know Mesa Longa and on Pallosu, two other pearls of the Sinis.
