Situated in the peaceful Norfolk countryside, Old Farm House is a Georgian country house built in the 1820s. With six bedrooms, a country kitchen, separate dining room, living room and drawing room there is ample space for large families and groups of friends. Set within over five acres of grounds, lawned gardens, and meadows, you can enjoy the style of a long weekend or holiday in wonderful surroundings.
Close to Old Farm House are the villages of Tunstead, with its historic church and excellent pub/restaurant, and Smallburgh, with its traditional village pub. The farmhouse is in the middle of the countryside with views to the north across farmland and to the south over fruit fields, hedges and woods. Just three miles away is Wroxham, the “capital” of the Broads, a small bustling town with shops, restaurants and pubs, from where you can enjoy the activity on the river or even hire boats or canoes to explore the Broads yourselves.
