This beautiful turn of the century home has all of the luxuries needed for a relaxing vacation at the Jersey Shore. Just 3 blocks to the Columns, the beach and boardwalk. The wrap around porch is perfect for sitting with your morning coffee or evening cocktails. The rear deck in the fenced in yard is perfect for quiet evening barbecues. This four bedroom house with two bathrooms is freshly decorated with central air conditioning and ceiling fans. It can comfortably accommodate a family of 8. Outdoor shower, washer and dryer on the first floor, wheelchair accessible entrance in the rear and off street parking are all available to make your vacation relaxing. Convenient to bars, restaurants, train stations and entertainment. We also offer four beach badges with each rental along with beach chairs and umbrellas.

Great house, close to the beach with beautiful back yard

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely home in a great location. Highlights were the large wrap-around front porch, the very nice backyard with deck and gazebo. Easy access to the Avon Pavilion and beach. Owners were super easy to work with and very helpful. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could ever need. Rental included 2 beach tags, a large cooler, beach cart and 4 beach chairs. The bedroom layout worked fine for us, but be aware there is no true master bedroom and only one shower in the home on the main floor.
