Sleeps 4 in one bedroom and one divided off area of living area, 2 shower rooms

This light and airy apartment which has been totally renovated to provide high spec accommodation for year round living with air/con and heating. All floors in light stone to continue throughout both wet room showers each with own WC and basin. Bedroom 1 has a standard double bed and the living area can be divided with a solid, sliding partition to completely enclose the second bedroom or can be left open as desired. This bedroom has a king size bed and you wake up with wonderful views of the sea. New fully fitted modern style kitchen with all modern appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, oven, hobs.

The flat is very well equipped with dining table for 8 and terrace furniture for eating outside or sunbathing on the 2 sun loungers.

There is an extremely large, lockable store cupboard next to the flat with beach toys and beach mats so although the apartment is not large, there is plenty of storage.

Ideally located for Cannes Film Festival, 7 min on train or enjoy the renowned Jazz festival in July. Stroll around the market in Antibes and Port Vauban with its numerous super yachts. This vibrant and fun, year round resort is an ideal weekend get away for special occasions or a longer holiday. Enjoy a day trip to the Lerin Islands, home of the Man in the Iron Mask with crystal clear water.

The owners of this apartment live very close by and can advise or help out with any help on sightseeing or activities. They have lived here for many years with their children so are well placed to help any tenants make the most of their holiday or business trip.

Visit the nearby Picasso Museum in Antibes or The Maeght Foundation, visit Renoir's house or enjoy the museums of Nice. The train runs from over the Italian border (try the Ventimiglia or San Remo markets) or drive the Monaco Grand Prix race circuit

Her får man en lejlighed ud over det sædvanlige. Kan ikke ligge mere centralt, fantastisk udsigt fra den store terrasse og en flot moderne indretning. Vi boede en uge 4 personer hvilket ikke er noget problem i denne praktisk indrettede lejlighed.

Ejeren Rachel, som er englænder, er hjælpsom og alt gik som planlagt.

I am not sure if the doors are wide enough to accommodate a wheelchair, but there is a small lift to the 1st floor and would be happy to take any measurements if requested.

Lovely condo on the seafront

Well appointed unit in a perfect location. Recently renovated. Ideal for two couples. Stayed at the end of February during the Siberian blast. Had no trouble staying warm. Would recommend without hesitation. Excellent communication with the owner, all that was missing was the sunshine :)

Beautiful view!

We stayed in this apartment from April 17 until May 2, 2017. The view was fabulous! The apartment was a good size, bright and modern and the second bath a plus. It included almost everything you might need while away from home but it would have been wonderful to also have a clothes dryer. It helped to have an elevator in the building but the hallway was dark as the motion lights were not working at the time we were there. The bed was comfortable & the wifi functioned very well. We had a minor issue with towel replacement halfway through our 15 day stay but did eventually get what we were promised. There were a couple of noisy nights but overall it was peaceful and enjoyable.

Our only big problem was not with the unit, but with the parking in the area. It was very difficult to find on street parking and we ended up paying $36 for an overnight stay in the Palais du Congress lot on our first night there. Other pay lots were available at varying distances from the apartment. On street parking was free while we were there but starting June 1 these street spots were also pay. I just mention this in case anyone intends to have a car while in Juan les Pins. There are buses and a trains available in lieu of cars.

So, in conclusion, I would recommend this property and hope others will also enjoy their stays here.

Amazing View!

The apartment is bright, spacious and very well equipped with comfortable beds and two deluxe baths. What really makes it exceptional, however, is the large terrace overlooking the water and the proximity to the beach. You are so close you almost feel like you are on a boat. We loved taking the train up and down the coast to explore and then returning "home" to relax on the patio or enjoy one of the many wonderful restaurants right on the beach. Truly an exceptional experience and the highlight of our our road trip around France.

Great place for a beach vacation!

We loved our time here! We stayed here for 4 nights with our toddler. It was really clean and spacious enough for our family of 3. The kitchen was great and equipped with everything you need. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom/shower was great! We liked having an elevator for getting our stroller up and down from the unit as well. The location was ideal for going to the beach, shops and restaurants. Everything within walking distance including a grocery store a few minutes away. There is a petit train a block away for quick access to Antibes- we also took the city bus as there is a stop close by (only 1 euro for a ride!). The train station is a few blocks away for quick access to neighboring towns. We didn't want to leave!

Spectacular sea views from this 1st floor apartment which is 10 m, yes 10 m from the wonderful sandy,gently sloping beach of Juan les Pins. There is a large balcony to enjoy the view and dine or relax on sun loungers.

The property has entirely renovated with light, natural stone throughout including shower rooms, high gloss white kitchen with all new appliances and furnished to a very high standard.

This 5* apartment, the only building right on the water with no road between you and the sea. Juan les Pins and all its fabulous shops, restaurants, bars and clubs are on your doorstep or use it as a great base to explore the whole coast from Monaco to St.Tropez and the perched villages of the interior and stunning scenery. Ideally located for all the Cannes conferences and festivals.

Golf: The region is well served with 18 courses but for the keen player I would recommend the Cannes Mougins top class course with its Michelin restaurant and a European Open course. St. Donat is another fine course, the Terre Blanche, a Four Seasons Resort is well worth the journey to Fayence and there is also the Monte Carlo Golf Club with spectacular views of the Mediterranean. Grasse and Valbonne also have nice courses. My husband is a keen 8 handicapper and able to give specific advice on fees and access.

Ski: The closest resort of Greolieres les Neiges is 59 km and has 29 runs and snow cannons, great for a day out. Auron and Isola 2000 are 103 km on either side of the Var valley and the most spectacular drive north from Nice Airport. Auron has 135 km of pistes and Isola has 120 km of pistes. All three resorts have esf ski school and ski hire. Auron and Isola have a good selection of pistes and a selection of accommodation is available. Juan les Pins to Auron or Isola 2000 is under 2 hours drive.
