Wonderful apartament in the Alicante Hill apartment complex with 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people. It is a comfortable apartament, located in an ideal quiet area, perfect to enjoy alone, with family, friends or as a couple.

This Alicante beachside apartment has a terrace, open plan kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee, tea and coffee maker,
kitchen utensils, coffee machine and kettle. The accommodation also has television, iron, WIFI internet access, hairdryer, air conditioning with heat pump throughout the accommodation and everything you need to enjoy a good stay.

At 10 minutes from Alicante International airport and 10 minutes from Alicante city centre, you have the wonderful Urbanova Beach at 2 km, you also have nice restaurants in Urbanova Beach, Moments is a cafe restaurant that we recommend, right by the sea.

Un appartement bien équipé

Appartement au 1er étage conforme à l'annonce avec parking en sous-sol et accès par ascenseur du parking à l'appartement.

Pas la prestation attendue

Concernant la cuisine nous avons réussi à obtenir des poêles le jeudi pour un départ le vendredi. Le logement est équipé d'une machine à laver mais rien pour étendre le linge, les cordes sur le balcon sont inexistantes. Nous n'avons pas pu utiliser la deuxième salle de bain, plafond trempé, ruisselant et moisi suite à une fuite du logement au dessus, signalement fait dès notre arrivée mais aucune intervention. Le logement est bruyant pas d'isolation phonique. Et concernant le parking nous n'avons pas pu l'utiliser la télécommande ne fonctionnait pas. Sinon le logement est spacieux agréable.
