The Sunrise Villa is an ideal holiday home for couples and small families and sleeps four comfortably in two bedrooms with the ability to accommodate one more in the sitting room. Set in a peaceful location in a gated estate with a communal swimming pool with large private garden area offers the best for outside leaving. It is tastefully furnished in contemporary style with many amenities and provides excellent opportunities for relaxing holidays.

On the ground floor you will find a modern fully equipped kitchen in Bordeaux colour and the dinning area. The comfortable lounge leads to the covered patio where you can dine and relax over a drink in complete privacy. A wash room is also located next to the lounge. The bedrooms (one with double bed and one with two single beds) and the bathroom are on the first floor. For your comfort all rooms are air-conditioned.

Well positioned within two minutes walk to the beach and within easy reach to local restaurants and shops.

Faros Blue Flag Beach: The beach is 2 minutes walk from the villa and is reached by stairs. It is one of the few beaches on the island that never gets crowded even in high season as a result of its length and wideness. The waters are clean and shallow and protected from the winds from the cliffs. In the summer there are lifeguards on duty. Water sports are available for hire as well as sun beds and umbrellas. Drinks and snacks can also be found in the beach bar. Amenities on the beach include showers, changing rooms and toilets. The beach is particularly popular in the summer nights either for a romantic evening under the starry skies or for more vibrant beach parties.

I live in Larnaka 15 minutes drive from the villa. I have studied Civil Engineering in Birmingham (UK) and I have been working in the construction industry since then. My wife and I enjoy swimming, scuba diving and walking our huskies. I am managing this property together with my son Andreas.

Andreas has studied Sound Engineering and Audio Production in Birmingham (UK) and is currently working as tutor and sound designer. His hobbies include making music, working out and cooking.

We bought this property from a developer at a time when I was employed there as the technical manager and I put my personal touch in the decoration of the villa. My family use it for our holidays and short breaks whenever is available. As both my wife and I enjoy swimming and scuba diving we find the location ideal.

Fantastic holiday home

Loved our week at George's house. The layout is fantastic and the air conditioning in every room was a good bonus. We loved the seating area at the rear of the garden, the communal swimming pool ( where we were normally the only bathers) and the location, near to Larnaca.

The kitchen was well-equipped ( chopping board would be a good addition) and washing machine was a welcome bonus.

George was helpful and friendly throughout the booking process.

Would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Lovely villa at peaceful surroundings

The description of the villa and the photos matched perfectly - no surprises upon arrival, which was nice. The house is very well kept: it was clean, had sets of towels for everyone (even separate ones for the beach) and all the appliances (washer, dishwasher, microwave, oven, hair dryer etc.) our party of six needed functioned correctly. Pool was nice and not crowded at all like most family hotel pool nightmares. It was also maintained regularly.

We were two families with two small kids, and the villa was perfectly fitted for us. It is a compact house without being cramped.

The owner, George, is a very cool and helpful guy. He kept on answering my many emails. I asked him if there was a supermarket on the way from the airport to the villa, since we arrived rather late and needed to get the kids some supper right away at the house. But George promised to supply the fridge with whatever groceries we needed, and sure enough, we had bread, butter, fruit, etc. ready and waiting for us when we got there! Helped us a lot :)

The beach is really close and an okay beach, good for kids because it's quite shallow. There were a lot of beach toys for the kids at the villa so we didn't have to buy our own.

The villa is located a few kilometres off the town of Pervolia, which was a cute little place with some restaurants and smaller supermarkets. It was too far for us to walk with the kids, but probably walkable for adults. We didn't have a rent car even though George recommended we take one, which caused some problems at first. When we realised that practically all taxi service goes through one taxi driver/entrepreneur (also named George, phone number can be found in the comprehensive folder owner-George has put together), moving around got a lot easier.

All in all we had a very successful holiday in Pervolia and we would definitely recommend this villa for families and anyone else appreciating some peace and quiet.

A relaxing and comfortable stay!

We stayed in George´s house for 16 days and we had a wonderful time. You find there everething you need for calm and comfortable holidays. The house is very clean and well equipped. The garden and the residential complex is in good order. The beach with crystal clear water is only about 300m away and in oktober not really frequented. We spend a lot of time on the nice terrace, the beach and the pool. Furthermore we took our car and visit the interesting Cyprus from the east to the west. Perivolia is centrally located so that is easy to reach all parts of the country.

We enjoyed the time in Cyprus an especially in Georges´s house an we can highly recommend this destination.

Nice villa in a nice area

We were travelling with our 2 years old son, that's why we were looking for villa near the beach.

With this house we found best place to stay. The house is not far from Larnaca, in the nice village Pervolia. In Dromolaxia near by is a good equiped supermarket.

There are nice taverns in village were you get good Cyprus food for good price.

We did many trips to the west and to the east which was quite easy by as the highway is easy to find.

we visited a view different beaches between Limasoll and Ayia Napa, but we were most happy with the beach Faros Beach only 300m from the villa. Only a short walk made it even possible to go for midday sleep back to the villa. We enjoyed the lovely sand beach which was very quiete for the time of the year. The gently dipping sea was as well nice for our sun, he spent much more time in the water as we would have expected.

The house is very good equiped, clean and Goerge was very helpful for any request we had. Even staff for our son was available which made the stay very charming for him.

The central pool for the complex was not used by any other, unfortunately the sunbeds did not really invite to stay at the pool. If there is anything to claim it would be that.

Finally we can summarize that we really loved the time in Cyprus and can really recommend this destination and especially this house.

The house is fully equipped with everything as described.

Beach friendly for kids within 3 minutes walking distance.

Perfect for a family - hope to return back with granddaughter.

The villa is ideally placed next to the blue flag Faros beach with a variety of water sports (open from middle May until end of October), long sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The beach is next to a cliff therefore it is accessible through stairs. The villa is about 3 km from Pervolia village centre and 14 km from Larnaca.

Pervolia is a small friendly village offering a choice of restaurants and pubs/bars mostly located around the village square. The village has many shops, a bank and anything a holidaymaker will need. Visit the ancient churches of the villages close by including the famous 11th century church of Panayia Aggeloktisti in Kiti with one of the most significant and elaborate wall mosaics of Early Christian art.

Larnaca town is a vibrant place with a beautiful promenade with modern bars and restaurants of all kinds. A good place for shopping or nightlife. Visit museums and monuments or just enjoy the numerous beaches. If you are a scuba diver, diving the Zenobia wreck (18-42m) is a MUST.

For a special day treat yourself to a spa visit at the adjacent 4* e-hotel and spa.
