The Estrela-do-mar apartment is situated mid-way between Albufeira’s quaint Old Town and the Strip, 10 minutes walk from each one and 5 min walk from the nearest and beautiful sandy beach of Forte de São João named Alemães/Inatel. You can also enjoy the Oura beach and the fishermen beach, which are located less than 15 minutes walk. The Estrela-do-mar apartment is located in a pleasant, quiet and friendly part of Forte de São João, a popular area of Albufeira, as it is easily accessible to many restaurants, shops and bars, music and nightclubs and The Strip. You can enjoy a lively atmosphere, perfect for our sun and fun seeking guests. The apartment is comfortably furnished and well equipped. Large balcony lead off the living room with a wonderful view to the swimmingpool. It has a separate bedroom with two single beds, and in addition one sofabeds in the living area, which also boasts satellite TV.

Buses to theme parks, public transport and the tourist train, connecting guests to the beach and the Old Town, pass nearby regularly.

I have lived long in France (Paris region) but I fell in love with the South of Portugal because it is a beautiful area with the most beautiful beaches of Europe and lots of sun. So I decided to settle in Albufeira to enjoy the climate and beaches. Goodbye gray days in Paris and with no regrets!

I bought this apartment because I found the place beautiful, beautiful gardens, wonderful pool, quiet street and especially excellent location. No need to move the vehicle.

What makes this apartment unique

Apartment Stay: 7th - 23rd June 2017

Apartment booked was simple and basic but had everything within that we required to make our stay very pleasant. It was also in a very central location - equidistant from both "The Street - New Town" and the "Old Town" (approximately a 20 minute leisurely walk in both directions). Beautiful beach was approximately a five minute walk away.

The apartment was very clean and the kitchen, bathroom and bedroom easily accessible and practical. The balcony is adequate with chairs and tables and can easily seat up to 4 people comfortably.

I would recommend this for able bodied couples (depending on level of disablement - it could be difficult to access due to stairs and no ramp facility). One or 2 (at the most)small children could also be accommodated.

The residential pool, located a short walk (about 35 meters through a locked gate) is excellent, well maintained, clean and has well kept grass boundaries. It also has a small childs pool.

We would definitely consider returning to this apartment in the future. (Please not it is not air conditioned). Sandi the very pleasant and helpful proprietor provided us with Wi-Fi on our arrival and it worked great.

Great apartment and very good value for money

My husband and I had a very nice relaxing time in the apartment. It was very clean with everything that you need and with a homely feel. The pool area is very well maintained and we had this practically to ourselves. Albuferia old town approx 25 mins slow walk away The Strip maybe 15 / 20 mins away. Lovely holiday and would definitely use again. We had good communication with Sandy and her husband.

Fantastic holidays !

We had a great stay in the apartment! The apartment was bigger than we were expecting & we particularly enjoyed lounging on the large sun terrace. We were pleasantly surprised by the fact that the complex was so quiet, even though it was just up the road from all of the local nightlife and restaurants. Our son also appreciated the fact that there was a fantastic view, so it was like a home from home for him, except there was plenty of sun and a pool a few strides away! We had great customer service from the owner and will be going back!

Super Lage, netter Kontakt

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Alles war sauber und es gab ausreichend Platz. Einzig das Bett war nicht perfekt, da es sehr hart war.

Der Gemeinschaftspool war super. Sehr sauber und alles vorhanden.

Die Lage war perfekt. In nur 3 Minuten war man am Strand und kleine Lokalitäten waren auch in der Nähe.

Würde jedoch ein Auto empfehlen, da richtige Supermärkte (aldi, Lidl) so 5-10 Minuten entfernt sind. Auch sind viele super schöne

Strände im Umkreis mit dem Auto zu erreichen und die Altstadt auch nach einer ca. 10 minütigen Autofahrt. Parkgebühren gibt es dort nirgends.

Wir empfehlen diese Ferienwohnung weiter und sind bis auf das Bett sehr sehr sehr gut zufrieden.

tres beau appartement

Mme Sandy et son mari sont accueillants et très gentils. L'appartement est propre et très bien équipé vraiment ils ont pensé a tout . belle terrasse vue sur piscine , verdure ... la plage juste a coté a moins de 5 mn de marche . le OLD TOWN est a 10-15 mn de marche ...

très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Seul bémol on a pas pu profiter de la piscine et de la plage a cause de mauvais temps qu'il faisait au début de ce mois de mai.

Nice apartment with swimming pool, equipped for 4/5 people, excellent location. 200 meters from the beach of Forte São João, 500 meters from the famous beach of the fishermen 'Praia dos Pescadores' (located in the historic tourist town of Albufeira) and 600 meters from beach of Oura.

The dining room and kitchen are facing the pool. The apartment is located in a quiet area with gardens and at the same time close to the beach and the two main centers of tourist towns of Albufeira which are less than 500 meters each:
