Casa Clara offers very spacious accommodation equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. All on the same level and consists of a spacious lounge and dining room, fully equipped open plan kitchen , four double bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The master bedroom has French doors leading directly to the pool terrace and has a very large en suite with double sinks and a walk in shower, WC and bidet, the second bedroom has an en suite shower room, two further twin bedrooms share a family bathroom. The property also benefits from underfloor heating for the cooler months. Externally there is a large private 10m X 5m pool with 1m shallow end, a covered naya and extensive 'all day sun' terracing separated by stainless steel railings with steps leading down to the garden - plenty of sun beds and chairs for those evening BBQ's plus an outside toilet, outside shower and seperate BBQ house. Several local restaurants and supermarkets for all the essentials nearby.

The perfect home from home equipped to make guests stay as comfortable as possible. An extremly private villa with just one neightbour (who do not use the villa during the summer) not overlooked at all and benefits from looking on to woodland. The villa is in a very quiet urbanisation but close enough to both the Port area and the Arenal only a 6 minute drive away with a fantastic sandy beach and an abundance of lovely restaurants.

A Superb Villa
We have just returned from 2 weeks at Casa Clara. The villa is excellent with all the mod cons. The property is beautiful, and the pool is outstanding. The location is quite which allows you to really relax at you leisure. Clare and Derek were very helpful and so are there management team in Javea. The Arunel area in Javea has some excellent restaurants and the beach is lovely. This holiday was so good we are in the process of booking again for next year.

Beautiful quiet villa
We loved our stay at this villa. On arrival the villa was wonderfully clean, it had everything and more we could wish for and was in such a quiet and private location. We will definitely look to stay here again when back in Xàbia.

Beautiful villa in a beautiful location!!
This villa was everything we expected and more! Beautiful open layout, great pool area with covered outdoor dining area, total privacy, spectacular landscaping and view! Located within a few minutes of beautiful beaches, waterfront boardwalk, dining and grocery stores. We and the kids hope to be back soon!
Simply wonderful villa
This was our second visit to this villa and we were so pleased to be back. The owner, Clare, has been so helpful and kind to us with our stay. We have stayed at several villas in Javea over the years, and this is by far the best - and we only want to stay here from now on! It is so clean and well taken care of, everything is of a high quality and it is simply a lovely place to stay. There is all you need and it makes for a very relaxing holiday. The pool area is beautiful and private. We have two small children and it is the perfect place for families in a great location. We hope to be back next year.

A lovely stay in this beautiful villa with all the luxuries you want but normally only find in your own home. The owners really care for the place with everything in fantastic condition, it could have been brand new and a foot never have been set in it! We loved the pool area and the nearby restaurants and beech were brill.

The charming town of Javea lies between the Capes of San Antonio and La Nao, on the northern section of the Costa Blance. A bonus is Javea’s climate which the World Health Organization once described as near perfect with its mild/warm year-round temperatures. Javea is split into 3 portions; Javea old town, Javea Port and the beach area (Arenal). The medieval old town has not changed much over the years; it is a maze of narrow winding streets, white fronted homes adorned with wrought iron balconies and Gothic style windows. The Old Town leads down to the fishing port and harbor; home to an array of restaurants and bars, many serving the catch of the day. If you enjoy Indian food a must is the Gurka Palace located just off the Port area – the best we have ever tasted! Nearby, still in Javea, there are lovely small unspoilt coves and beaches such as La Granadella and also Portichol with its very pretty island and bay.
The Costa Blanca is situated in the South Eastern region of Spain within the beautiful province of Alicante. The area has been specifically developed to compliment Spain's booming tourism industry and has proven to be a popular destination for many European nations, especially for the UK, Spain and Germany - making it a very cosmopolitan area. The Costa Blanca includes some of Spain's most popular holiday destinations, one of which is Javea. Add to this the cities of Alicante and Valencia (Spain's 3rd largest and most important city behind Barcelona and Madrid). The area has plenty to offer including a broad range of beautiful landscapes, stunning beaches and a multitude of attractions. Whether you are interested in the history of the area or would like to study some of the superb Spanish architecture or just want a relaxing holiday in the sun, the Costa Blanca has it all. Javea is situated in the North East regions of Spain’s province of Alicante. This beautiful town overlooks the Mediterranean Sea and has a stunning backdrop created by the Montgó Massif. The area has an excellent road network which provides you with great access to many other stunning parts of Spain and is only an hour’s drive from the airport. This is in fact one of the reasons many of Javea’s villas have British, German and Dutch owners. Javea is split into 3 different areas; the old town, the port and the beach - each has its own charm, and defiantly worth a visit at least once during your stay. On Thursdays the old town hosts the local market, another must do, if not only for the experience. The World Heath Organisation named Javea as having one of the most healthy micro climates in the world - average maximum temperatures in January are 16 °C, rising to 32 °C in August.

Rental rates include all linen and reasonable utilities including air conditioning during the summer months. Villa is cleaned between lets only. Changeover day Saturday during July and August, flexible at other times - please enquire if in doubt.. A Standard cleaning charge of £120 is applied to all rentals. Extra linen changes and cleaning can be arranged on request. Payment by card through HomeAway Payments incur a 3% fee, bank transfer or cheque accepted. For all reservations a non-refundable 25% deposit payable within 7 days of initial booking.
