The house is accessed by its own private gate; it’s part of a nineteenth century villa and has been newly renovated by its young owners. They tastefully interior decorated this fabulous home starting from its furnishings right down to the lamps. No expense was spared as the best known European designers were consulted and hired in completing the project.
One of its main features, is the amazing 180 degree breathtaking view which can be enjoyed both from the living rooms and from the large private terraces surrounding them. Also an amazing view of the Island of Capri can be enjoyed while comfortably lying down and resting. Visitors are struck by the contrasting dazzling white of the house and the bright blue sea which makes for a perfect atmosphere after a long day’s trip.
The main terrace at the ground floor has a beautiful Minipool with a gorgeous view on the gulf .
The property is developed on two floors: the ground floor is where the large living room is located which in turn has access to the terrace. This area is furnished with a sun bed, a set of table and chairs; kitchen; One double bedroom, en-suite bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a bathroom which includes a bathtub; a double bedroom which also has access to a panoramic terrace. This cozy and spacious home has all the comforts one could ask for and last but not least it is fully air conditioned. Smart TV and Netflix are available to guests at no additional cost.

Massa Lubrense is a small village at only 9 km from Sorrento, which offers a wide range of services, it is well connected to other tourist resorts in the area such as: the Amalfi coast, the archaeological sites of Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri, Naples, that can be reached by train, bus or ferry.

Naples: 50 Km
Positano: 18 Km
Pompeii: 27 Km
Herculaneum: 40 Km


Rental Rules:
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to arrival date.
Check-In time is from 15:00; Checkout is by 10:00.
Included in the rental price: Final cleaning, mid stay cleaning with change of linens and towels for minimum 5 nights stay.

Extra costs (to be paid upon arrival):
A cash refundable deposit of 1.000 € will be required upon arrival, it will be returned at the time of departure less any charges in case of damages.
If the house rules will be ignored, some penalties will be applied according to the specific cases.
City tax: € 2,00 per day, per person (from 18 years onwards) up to 5 days
