This is one of our nicest holiday apartments and we highly recommend it for your holiday in the port of Estepona. It is clean, comfortable and well furnished. The lounge has two new cream leather sofas and English Sky TV. From the terrace there are fantastic views out to sea across the popular beach of Playa del Cristo. The master bedroom has has a full en-suite bathroom while the second bedroom has 2 single beds and a seperate bathroom with shower. The views of Africa and Gibraltar from the balcony are stunning. The kitchen is also well equipped and has all mod-cons, including a dishwasher. The apartment is on the fourth floor and there are lifts to all floors including the garage. There is also a secure parking space available for use. There is a good communal pool towards the entrance of the port. From here you have direct access to the beach via a private gate. The apartment is only a few minutes walk to the port. This allows you all the benefits of the port without being right in the middle of the hustle and bustle.

WONDERFUL APARTMENT!!!

So glad that we discovered this apartment which is exactly as the pictures and discriptions portray. Very spacious and immacuately clean.with beautiful views.The rear gives direct access onto the beach using the key provided, the port which is about a 3 minute walk has plenty of bars and all types of restaurants.

As soon as we arrived in Estepona Martin met us by the port and took us straight to our apartment where we parked our hire car in the underground car park.He showed us where everything was and how all the mod cons worked and then told us about the area,giving us some great tips and advice on which resturaunts and bars were good, also where would be worth visting by car etc all great advice which made the start of our holiday much easier he even drew us a map for directions and said if we needed any help or advice during our stay to just give him a call...no problem.Fantastic service!! On the top level of the port there is a fantastic Indian 'mumbai masala' the food here was amazing the food was so fresh and tasty much better than many weve eaten in England which is very unusual as whenever weve eaten curries abroad before they have tasted rancid. The staff were lovely too and couldnt do enough for you, we overheard many of the diners sending complements to the chef so dont just take our word for it go and try it for yourselves. Another restauraunt we would highly recommend is called 'Cocomo' though you do need a car to get to this as its off the main A7 road between Estepona and Marbella right by the Crowne plaza hotel but well worth travelling for. We discovered it by reading ' the Local' a mag thats a guide for the area.Cocomo was reviewed by a London good food guide critic who said the chef 'Simon Taylor Lane'from England trained under Marco Pierre White amongst others and had worked at such establishments as the Savoy and had already made a name for himself in his own right with a specials menu costing as little as 12 euros for 2 courses and a great wine list. This place was amazing value for money, delicious FRESH food, in a wonderful modern setting and we even got to chat to Simon who was a really friendly enthusiastic guy. A real must but make sure you reserve or you wont get in!! So, to sum it all up...... WONDERFUL...Apartment,service,beach, location, weather, food, just about EVERYTHING!!! Comes thoroughly recommended!!!

Lovely Apartment

We stayed at this apartment in July 2009. It is a lovely apartment in a very secure complex. The piece de resistance is the view of Cristo Bay from the balcony. In the morning we would have breakfast watching the early morning walkers around the bay, in the evening a glass of wine and watch the lights twinkling around the bay.

The best restaurant we found was next to Marina Bay Complex, Petite Paris, excellent food on the Menu of the Day for a very reasonable price. Very good supermarket close by.

There are many restaurants and bars at the port (five minutes walk away) Restaurant Bangkok provided very good Thai food.

The town of Estepona is about 15 minutes walk but worth visiting for good Tapas and shopping.

I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

Buen apartamento

El apartamento está situado en una situación imejorable, con acceso directo a la mejor playa de todo Estepona, que es la Playa del Cristo, es pequeña, suele estar llena, es de arena aunque dentro del agua hay algunas piedras, tiene un chiringuito marchoso donde venden mojitos y te enseñar a bailar salsa, es muy divertido.

Además la zona de bares nocturnos quedaba a 5 minutos andando, por lo que si vas en busca de fiesta, la tendrás a un paso. Además, al estar cerca del puerto, hay gran variedad de restaurantes donde poder comer y cenar.

En el edificio había muchas familias y parejas, tanto españoles como extranjeros, no tuvimos ningún problema con nadie.

La piscina era muy pequeña, siempre estaba llena de niños y el color de su agua no invitaba a meterte en ella, también había muchos insectos.

Los fines de semana había personas en carabana instaladas en la playa del Cristo y a veces se oía música.

Con respecto al apartamento, uan de las mejores cosas eran las vistas que tiene a la playa del cristo, en el que se puede ver un bonito atardecer.

El apartamento es amplio, aunque el unico defecto que veo es que uno de los dos baños, es un poco pequeño.

El menaje de la cocina era muy completo, excepto los cuchillos que no cortaban muy bien.

Además de la ventaja de poder contar con una plaza de garaje.

El apartamento no tenia aire acondicionado, aunque si tenia 3 ventiladores. 1 para el salón, y uno para cada habitación. De esto, ya nos habia avisado el dueño con antelación.

La unica pega, que el dia que llegamos, el apartamento no estaba limpio, ya que a la compañia de la limpieza que tienen contratado se les habia olvidado que ese dia venian nuevos inquilinos.

En un par horas, la arreglaron.

El precio con respecto a la calidad, creo que es bastante bueno.

Recomendable, para pasar una semanita en verano.

Overlooking Cristo Bay in Estepona Port. The apartment is in the ever popular Marina Bay complex which is located about 200 metres away from the entrance to Estepona sports Marina. The apartment has direct sea views and is located on the 4th floor. There is a lift to all floors including the underground car park. The port makes for a great place to stay when visiting Estepona as you are within easy walking distance to shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and late night dancing bars. There are many fishing boats, sailing ships and jet skis moored in the port and lots of opportunities to charter boats or to even go sports fishing. On Sundays, there is a craft market in the morning. There is also a large wednesday market 20 minutes walk further up the road from the port. There are great beaches either side of the port. Playa del Cristo beach is very popular with families with young children who tend to make friends with one another. The water in this bay is shallow and safe. There are also two beach bars with plenty of sun beds. In the other direction of the port you can walk along the promenade into the old town of Estepona. Here you will discover a multitude of little Spanish bars, restaurants and shops within the pretty little streets which have been decorated with an explosion of pretty geranium flowers everywhere.
