The apartment was perfectly clean and prepared for our arrival.
The decoration is very nice and the flat has all the commodities for a perfect vacation including a very well equipped kitchen, internet access, lots of space and a very nice pool área!
The location is unique as it allows you to spend your day at the nearby beaches or to visit the beautiful city of Tavira and its surroundings!
The owners are very nice, hospitable and helpfull. They gave us the best tips to enjoy the best that Tavira and the surrounding areas have to offer!

The property itself was ok. Have many complaints regarding the owner Mary Pedro. Upon arrival we were asked to call her so she could meet with us to give us the key, this we did . We arrived at 11.30. Approx, phoned her she said she was on the beach, could we wait until 1.00. We did but she arrived at 1.30. When shown to the room the first thing she asked was. Are you going to clean the apartment when you leave,? if not it will cost you 35 euros. We agreed we would clean it ourselves. I have never heard or been asked anywhere in the world for this request. We paid 150 euros deposit to be repaid less any breakages. That was ok by us. I could go on and on but there will not be enough space. We were due to leave 9.20 the morning of departure we phoned her to ask if she could call around with the deposit at 9.00, her reply was no it would be 9.20 knowing our taxi would be there. She asked to inspect the apartments said of course. In she came she headed to the bathroom and found a hair on the floor, she didn't go anywhere else in the apartment. Because of this one hair in the bathroom she wanted 35 euros for cleaning. We were absolutely furious. We had to pay up as the Taxi was waiting. She had it all planned out knowing we didn't want to miss our
Flight. She was a very unpleasant person. I suggest anyone going to Tivera not to stop in any of her apartments. Tivera is such a beautiful place we enjoyed our holiday very much. It was such a upsetting end to our holiday.
Appartement propre, silencieux, bien placé, tout pour passer un bon séjour à Tavira.
We booked here for a long term rental early in the year to "Test Drive" life in Tavira before committing to our move. The apartment is well-located for all facilities , Gran Plaza Shopping 2 minutes away and the town centre a 10/15 minute walk. We were met by the owner Maria who was extremely helpful on settling us in - a relatively simple process but important. In fact throughout our stay she was always on hand if we had questions or needed help with anything.
The apartment itself is relatively new , was furnished to a reasonable standard with a well-equipped kitchen and a comfortable double bed. Yes it matches the description of the advertisement. Good Wifi throughout.There was a second bedroom which was used by friends of ours over a long weekend and we had to pay extra for their stay ( this is in the contract ). There is a large community pool within the grounds with an adjoining smaller children's pool . Great for summertime.
Apart from the nearby shopping centre ( with english films at the cinema ! ) nearby is an excellent fish restaurant Tres Palmeiras - a must visit for lunch.Also nearby is a sports complex and swimming pools and few bars. Everything was very convenient.
Only real "niggle" was the entryphone system on the entrance to the community which just did not work, in fact was not even wired up.
Nous avons passé d’agréables moments au calme dans ce grand appartement climatisé au 3ème étage bien situé, proche d’un supermarché dans une galerie marchande (magasins et restauration) et pas loin du centre-ville de Tavira. Un point à améliorer au niveau de la cuisine, poêles à remplacer. Accueil agréable de la propriétaire qui est restée à notre écoute. La piscine était très bien entretenue et l’immeuble bien clôturé et sécurisé avec parking privé. L’ascenseur ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée mais la réparation a eu lieu pour notre départ, ce que nous avons apprécié pour le transport des valises. Tavira est une charmante ville côtière très animée en soirée (groupes musicaux) avec un joli pont, des églises et des toits en biseaux. L’accès à une des belles plages se fait par bateau (15 mn) vers l’Ilha de Tavira, bordée de sables blancs où la mer est limpide et assez chaude. Passionnés d’ornithologie, les lagunes aux alentours nous ont permis d’observer les limicoles en bordure des marais salants. Une destination à privilégier pour tous ceux qui aiment la flore, la faune et la gastronomie portugaise. Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir
The flat was spotless and It had everything we needed. We spend a few days in tavira and enjoyed going back to the flat at the end of the day. The swimming pool it's a bonus and was very clean. Mary is a very nice lady, who gave us lots of information about the city, the food, the way of living. I def recommend the flat and look forward to go back sometime soon.
Just 10 minutes walk from the beach, this apartment is also close to 3 golf courses. Tavira, the center is 10 minutes full of treasures to discover, over 30 churches and a castle. Festive side outputs, the city is not lacking in restaurants or bars.
