Located in the Pleasance area, only a few minutes walk from Edinburgh's famous Royal Mile, Holyrood House and Arthur's seat , this modern two bedroomed ground floor apartment is just a short walk from many of Edinburgh's tourist attractions and there are excellent local amenities. Although this self catering apartment is in the centre of Scotlands bustling capital city, it is set in a lovely quiet courtyard with private parking, there are also many bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity,the apartment is newly refurbished to a high standard for you to enjoy a comfortable stay.

Great quiet location!

I don't know if you can find a better location and apartment with parking. The apartment is spacious with everything you need for your stay. There are grocery stores within a block or so and a family friendly restaurant, City Restaurant, on Nicholson Street. Although the neighbors do have small children who were noisy at times, the apartment is very quiet at night time - easy to get a good night's sleep. If we return to Edinburgh, I would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Place - Great Location!

The property was just as it was pictured; everything was in working order and everything that we needed was provided. Most important to us was its location and that it came with parking. The property was within a few minutes walking to the grocery store, restaurants and sites. The property was a little hard to locate as it is somewhat secluded. I would recommend this property to anyone.

Simply Perfect

Great property and fantastic hosts. As I was taking my niece for her first trip to Edinburgh Andrew kindly allowed us to park at the property from 10.30am so we could make the most of our first day. Superb location in the Old Town and a comfortable flat. Milk, tea, coffee and biscuits on arrival and the whisky was a lovely touch too. Beds were super comfy and welcomed at the end of each of the two very long days of sightseeing. Whenever I plan another trip to the capital I can guarantee that this property will be my first port of call. Massive thanks for being part of an incredible weekend.

very clean, ground floor apartment

Fantastic owners met us on entry and allowed a late check out when we were due to leave.

Quiet accommodation very close to the Royal Mile.

Very up to date. Great, quiet location.

Wendy warmly greeted us. The apartment was well stocked. There were even samples of shortbread and Scotch. There is a grocery store close by. Plenty of pans/utensils. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were up to date and worked well. It was a close walk to Arthur's Seat and a very reasonable walk to Old Town and New Town. No need for a car. Definitely would give highest recommendation.

Great location, facilities and parking space all in a city centre

Wow, this was a great find and we were delighted with our stay in Edinburgh. The host welcomed us at the property which was well equipped and clean. Lovely to have the choice of eating out in the many places or to cook at the property using local supermarkets literally 3 minutes walk. So near to the city centre, we went to the Festival theatre which was about 5 mins walk and then onto the Royal mile etc. Absolute bonus having a private parking space in a quiet area. We were about 10 mins walk from the main university accommodation so ideal for visiting our daughter. We love it so much we have already booked again!
