A large colourful bean bag and chess table is a definite favourite with guests of all ages. Large spacious kitchen/diner with DAB digital radio and CD player and everything you will need for your stay is right at hand. Utility room with washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and a back door to garden. Ironing Board, Iron, Hairdryer and toiletries are all included along with cleaning materials. Tea, coffee and sugar are well stocked up and biscuits and milk are ready for your arrival. 2nd bedroom has a large TV and both bedrooms overlook the garden area which is enclosed and sheltered. Cosy Neuk is situated in the centre of town which is convenient for shops, restaurants, cafe's, bars and riverside walks along the beautiful Ythan RIver. The River walk way is ideal for walkers and cyclists and leads to the old railway line which is now a continuous pathway leading north and south of the town.

Ellon offers great riverside walks along The Ythan which also has bicycle routes and here you can observe lots of wildlife. If you have a day to travel, great family days out can be had in places such as Haddo House, Pitmedden Gardens, Tolquhon Castle, Fraser Castle, Forvie Sands Nature Reserve and nearest beaches Newburgh and Balmedie which have lovely golden sands and are truly breath-taking. At Newburgh you can see 100's of seals basking on the headland. Don’t forget you also have 3 International Links Golf Courses nearby, Royal Aberdeen, Cruden Bay and Newburgh-on-Ythan.
