A stately alley of chestnuts leads to this genuine late 18th century Provençal Mas with its Roman-shaped pool and its spacious grounds of 2.5 hectares with a view of mountain Sainte Victoire. Tastefully modernised in 2016 with a care not to spoil the period character of the house, it is under preservation as one of the remarkable features of the Aix countryside. It offers space and quiet in the shade of its century-old trees and has the cosy feel of a family country home, with its nooks and crannies and private spaces, yet is within easy distance of shops in Célony, the Country club or the charming village of Puyricard and only 10min away from the bustle of the beautiful city of Aix with its markets and its celebrated Easter and Summer music festivals.
Thanks to the thick stone walls and the shade of the trees, the house keeps cool in the summer.
