Brand new duplex, with wifi and free parking.

Located in the residential part of the town of Isla playa, attached to the main house (but very private), in a quiet environment, surrounded by nature and with all amenities. Ideal for couples.

5 minutes walk from the beaches:

- of the Cándano.

- of the Boats.

- del Sable (blue flag).

- from Arnadal.

A 5 minute drive from the beach of the Arena (blue flag), divided into La Arena / El Arenal and La Arena / The nudists

The duplex is equipped: Private garden, double bed, sofa bed 2 places, bathroom with shower cabin, hair dryer, flat screen TV in the living room and the room, kitchen (fridge-freezer, microwave, ceramic hob, washing machine , coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, cutlery ...), sheets, towels, private garden equipped with sun loungers, private terrace overlooking the Joyel estuary and Mount Cincho.

Isla is a beautiful village in the municipality of Arnuero, only about 25 minutes by car from the capital of Santander.

Coastal village that offers visitors everything essential for a perfect holiday: beautiful scenery, a natural environment, beaches of fine sand, comfortable tourist facilities and endless leisure alternatives. This fact has led to a great transformation in the town, which has gone from being eminently livestock to become one of the most sought after tourist centers in the area.

Being a peninsula located between the estuaries of Castellano, Quejo and the Cantabrian Sea, it has a coastal contour of great scenic beauty with wide beaches of fine sand, small coves, impressive cliffs on the Bay of Biscay, green and wide meadows, mountains and hills Rocky, etc. It also constitutes a natural habitat of great importance in which they house birds and other species of interest.

Isla also has a historical-artistic heritage of great importance. The parochial church, of the XVII century, of mountain baroque style stands out, one of the best ones of the region as much by its architecture as by its content in artistic works. In civil architecture, review the College of Carmelites and the palace of the Counts of Isla.

On the gastronomic level Isla has stood out for having the best vegetables, among them the popular Isla peppers, and also for its excellent fish -lubinas, sole, red mullet, jargos or bonito-, and other native species such as the clam or the barnacle. But, above all, it has stood out for the lobster, and other seafood - lobsters, Norway lobsters, spider crabs, crabs.

Comfortable, clean and friendly hosts. Great position for exploring the area.

We had a great time in the area of Isla. The apartment is comfortable and very clean. Everything seemed brand new. It is situated perfectly for visiting both Bilbao and Santander (FYI Guggenheim is closed mondays until July).

Our hosts were very friendly and helpful.

Logement tres propre, calme et bien équipé. En 1 mot : parfait. De plus Sylvia est charmante

Sylvia parle français et est très à l écoute des besoins. Le linge de maison est fourni et les serviettes de toilette remplacées régulièrement. L appartement est idéalement placé: À l écart des rues très fréquentées mais proche à pied des restaurants et plages. Parfait en tout point pour un couple. La Cantabrie est riche de merveilleux paysages et de gens accueillants.

Todo perfecto

Nos ha encantado la semana que hemos pasado en Casa El Buen Gusto, en Isla Playa. La casa es una monada, muy bien aprovechados todos los espacios, muy coqueta, todo nuevo con mucho gusto , no le falta de nada, la limpieza es extraordinaria, está adosada a la casa principal pero sientes mucha privacidad, con exteriores privados para ti. Tanto Juana como Silvia son muy agradables, tienen muchos detalles, están pendientes de si necesitas cualquier cosa pero a la vez respetan tu intimidad. La casa es ideal para parejas, estás a cinco minutos andando de las playas y de la zona comercial con tiendas, supermercados, bares y restaurantes. Si deseas conocer Cantabria, desde alli estás muy bien situada para moverte por todos los rincones que desees conocer. La zona es preciosa y tranquila sin faltarle ningún servicio y la casa muy recomendable.

La propiedad, muy bien. La gestión de la fianza lamentable.

Muy bien la propiedad, ciertamente a estrenar.

Limpieza exhaustiva y muy buen gusto en la decoración.

Silencio para descansar.

Trato cuidado y exquisito, y preocupación en todo momento por el confort de los inquilinos, introduciendo mejoras para una estancia más agradable.

Detalles, como pequeños obsequios colocados estratégicamente, bombones, sobaos, incluso sutiles aromas con olorosos no agresivos dispuestos por toda la estancia, hacen sentirse acogido.

Desentona con lo cuidado del entorno la plaza de aparcamiento, inexplicablemente fuera del recinto de la propiedad, en un espacio muy reducido y con dificultad para entrar o salir del vehículo.

La gestión de la fianza resulta abusiva, como para iniciar una reclamación o pleito.

No resulta paritario que en una relación contractual de este tipo se cobre el efectuar la reserva y no al acceder a la propiedad, que el importe iguale casi el total del precio de alquiler, y que la devolución efectiva sea a los diez días de abandonar la propiedad, cuando lo lógico sería la entrega inmediata a la devolución de llaves una vez comprobado el estado de la propiedad.

La propiedad muy bien, el trato exquisito, una pena la gestión de la fianza, hecho que a mi juicio disminuye comparativamente la competencia con otros medios de alquiler, motivo por el cual no volveré a contratar con HomeAway en tanto no cambie esta política.

Salut Juana et Silvia,

merci pour la semaine magnifique. On a passé vraiment des super vacances chez vous. L'appartement était incroyable, propre, bien équipé et très proche de la mer, des restaurants, des supermarchés, des bars etc. Vous étiez si gentille, vous nous avez donné des informations sur la région et on pouvait toujours vous demander.

Ideal accommodation for couples, in a quiet environment, surrounded by nature and only 500 meters from the beach.

Island, coastal town full of charm to which many travelers decide to go, especially in summer, to know its beaches and the routes that can be practiced in it. Two kilometers from Arnuero, Isla is organized into several neighborhoods: Quejo, Argarojo, Barenilla, Calleja, Balladar and El Hoyo, among others. Very close to Isla, visitors can visit the marshes of Santoña, Joyel and Victoria, a natural reserve of more than 3. 800 hectares ideal for those who are passionate about the life, development and particularities of waterfowl, which find here a place of migration and ideal nesting.

* La Torre de Cabrahigo, in the neighborhood of Hoya, declared an Asset of Cultural Interest.

* The Tower of the House of Jado, in Los Corrales.

* Palace of the Counts of Isla, work of the eighteenth century declared Monuments of Historical Artistic Interest.

* The church of San Julián and Santa Basilisa, temple of the XVII century.

* Beautiful beaches like La Cava, El Candano, El Sable or La Arena, among others.

* During the first Sunday of June, the Region Day takes place in Arnuero, the capital of the municipality.
