2 bed, 2 bath apartment with SKY, Wifi & Wii

The apartment consists of a bright lounge/dining room with sea views and balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen and family bathroom. The master bedroom comes complete with king size bed, ensuite facilities and balcony access. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds which can be linked together to make an additional king size bed.

The flat is situated on the second floor and is accessible via a lift. The property also has an allocated parking space within the secure development. Further parking spaces (marked VP) are available.

The apartment was refurbished throughout last year and features all new high end furniture and soft furnishings. It is equally well suited to corporate lets and relaxing family getaways.

The apartment is situated close to a multitude of attractions. After a long day visiting historic sites, children parks or the famous Eastbourne promenade this apartment offers a home away from home with SKY tv, Nintendo wii, dvds and classic board games.

The flat is comes complete with wood flooring throughout, new furniture, flat screen TV's in both the lounge and master bedroom, new crockery, new bedding and modern fully fitted bathrooms.

The apartment has been designed with children in mind. Wood floors ensure spillages aren't are problem and most furniture has rounded corner edges to offer protection for younger guests. Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Guests can enjoy a view of the sea and lovely walks directly from the apartment to the shops and restaurants located in the harbour complex. Guests can also enjoy walks along the seafront to Eastbourne town.

There is allocated parking for guests of the apartment close to the entrance door and within the secure development. Additional visitor parking is also available. In the centre of the development is a communal garden play area for young children.

The complex, located with in a short walk of the apartment, offers many major retail shops including Asda, Boots and Next. Princess Park and the yacht club are also within walking distance and from this end of the seafront you can ride your bike and skate.

With the Sovereign Harbour leisure centre just a few minutes away guests can enjoy the wave machine and slides in the swimming pool before heading to the Cineworld cinema complex for a well earned rest.

Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We take a house deposit of £100 which is returned at the end of your stay and covers any excessive cleaning and breakages.

For the comfort of our other guests this is strictly a no smoking / no pets property.

The South East of England is generally considered to be the driest part of the UK and Eastbourne has the enviable record of the highest number of hours of sunshine of any coastal resort in the UK. All around the area there are places of interest. The countryside around the town is beautiful and offers some of the best scenery in Sussex within a short walk or bus ride. The South Downs lie to the West and North of the town and are officially classified as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. Nearby are countless beauty spots such as Birling Gap and Beachy Head and the local villages offer a fine selection of country pubs.

The area is full of history surrounding the 1066 landing of William the Conqueror. Trips to Pevensey and Herstmonceux castles or the Redoubt fortress and military museum will entertain and educate. When you feel like stepping back to modern day you can pop into the Towner Contemporary Arts Museum. The area has a host of attractions that will entertain children of all ages. These include Drusillas zoo, Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and the slides and wave machine at Sovereign Leisure Centre. At Dominica Court you are well placed to enjoy the numerous outdoor activities in the area. Whether it’s a relaxing round of golf at Royal Eastbourne, gentle fishing in the harbour or more challenging watersports – Eastbourne has it all.

Having spent many happy summers visiting Eastbourne as a child I wanted to buy a property in this area to give my own children the a chance to get away from city life and enjoy this very special area.

Nice Apartment

Nice, clean, well equipped apartment which has sea views in lounge and main bedroom. However the marker on google maps is in totally the wrong place and shows the apartment overlooking the harbour which is what we were looking for. Also the fire alarm was disconnected but we did find some in a drawer. For these two reasons I have given 4*s.

Perfect spot!

#4 Dominica Court was a warm, cozy spot to stay. Excellent accommodation and furnishings, plenty of hot water, a washing machine with drying capability, good location in relation to shopping, restaurants and pubs, views of the changing sea and a balcony to enjoy on the good days! We did lots of walking and there was lots to see...the harbor and locks and bridges. Access to the bus routes was perfect as we did not have a car. We hope to make a return visit! The owner was very helpful from the start.

A lovely apartment, close to the seafront

We stayed at the apartment for a week in August and had a wonderful time. Daniel was extremely helpful before our visit, emailing us with information about where we could take our 1 Year old daughter for days out etc.

When we arrived, we found a lovely, well-appointed apartment with all amenities we could ask for. The bread, milk, butter, orange juice, chocolate and wine in the fridge was a much welcomed bonus!

The apartment itself is about a 45 minute walk from Eastbourne Pier and a 10 minute walk from the marina where there are plenty of bars and restaurants as well as an Asda close by.

Eastbourne itself is lovely and also serves as a great base for exploring. We also went to Beachy Head, Brighton, Hastings plus Battle to see the site of the 1066 invasion. We loved the miniature railway and to top it off it was the weekend of the air show so we were able to eat fish and chips and watch the planes fly by from the sea front. We had a great time.

Wonderful flat

Nicely situated in the sovereign harbour of Eastbourne over looking the beach. Very private quiet block. I would rent this flat long term it was like being at home. I will be back

Lovely apartment which we were sorry to leave!

Spotlessly clean apartment, exactly as described. Two very large bedrooms, with plenty of towels and pillows. Attractive lounge/diner with very comfortable sofas.

Not only Sky TV but a range of DVDs, Wii games and board games (including monopoly). The welcome pack was better than expected. Excellent location, just a few minutes from the beach and about 15 mins walk to the shops, cinema and supermarket at Sovereign Harbour.

The apartment block was very quiet at night, and we had a great sleep! The bath has a short shower (for washing hair), and the en-suite to the main bedroom also has a shower. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery, and had a large fridge/freezer.

The apartment exceeded our expectations and we were very sorry to leave it. The owner sent us the key well in advance with a helpful list, eg code to rubbish bins. Internet was fast and efficient.

I highly recommend this apartment, and hope to stay there again. Fabulous!
