2 bed, 2 bath apartment with SKY, Wifi & Wii

The apartment consists of a bright lounge/dining room with sea views and balcony access, a fully equipped kitchen and family bathroom. The master bedroom comes complete with king size bed, ensuite facilities and balcony access. The second bedroom is furnished with twin beds which can be linked together to make an additional king size bed.

The flat is situated on the second floor and is accessible via a lift. The property also has an allocated parking space within the secure development. Further parking spaces (marked VP) are available.

The apartment was refurbished throughout last year and features all new high end furniture and soft furnishings. It is equally well suited to corporate lets and relaxing family getaways.

The apartment is situated close to a multitude of attractions. After a long day visiting historic sites, children parks or the famous Eastbourne promenade this apartment offers a home away from home with SKY tv, Nintendo wii, dvds and classic board games.

The flat is comes complete with wood flooring throughout, new furniture, flat screen TV's in both the lounge and master bedroom, new crockery, new bedding and modern fully fitted bathrooms.

The apartment has been designed with children in mind. Wood floors ensure spillages aren't are problem and most furniture has rounded corner edges to offer protection for younger guests. Travel cot and high chair are available upon request.

Guests can enjoy a view of the sea and lovely walks directly from the apartment to the shops and restaurants located in the harbour complex. Guests can also enjoy walks along the seafront to Eastbourne town.

There is allocated parking for guests of the apartment close to the entrance door and within the secure development. Additional visitor parking is also available. In the centre of the development is a communal garden play area for young children.

The complex, located with in a short walk of the apartment, offers many major retail shops including Asda, Boots and Next. Princess Park and the yacht club are also within walking distance and from this end of the seafront you can ride your bike and skate.

With the Sovereign Harbour leisure centre just a few minutes away guests can enjoy the wave machine and slides in the swimming pool before heading to the Cineworld cinema complex for a well earned rest.

Towels and linen are provided but not beach towels. We take a house deposit of £100 which is returned at the end of your stay and covers any excessive cleaning and breakages.

For the comfort of our other guests this is strictly a no smoking / no pets property.

The South East of England is generally considered to be the driest part of the UK and Eastbourne has the enviable record of the highest number of hours of sunshine of any coastal resort in the UK. All around the area there are places of interest. The countryside around the town is beautiful and offers some of the best scenery in Sussex within a short walk or bus ride. The South Downs lie to the West and North of the town and are officially classified as an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’. Nearby are countless beauty spots such as Birling Gap and Beachy Head and the local villages offer a fine selection of country pubs.

The area is full of history surrounding the 1066 landing of William the Conqueror. Trips to Pevensey and Herstmonceux castles or the Redoubt fortress and military museum will entertain and educate. When you feel like stepping back to modern day you can pop into the Towner Contemporary Arts Museum. The area has a host of attractions that will entertain children of all ages. These include Drusillas zoo, Eastbourne Miniature Steam Railway Adventure Park and the slides and wave machine at Sovereign Leisure Centre. At Dominica Court you are well placed to enjoy the numerous outdoor activities in the area. Whether it’s a relaxing round of golf at Royal Eastbourne, gentle fishing in the harbour or more challenging watersports – Eastbourne has it all.

Very Nice Apartment in a Superb location

We had a very nice stay in a lovely area visiting from Arundel to Hastings along the coast and inland up to Sissinghurst. The apartment was very nice and had all that we required, however the the Sky TV did not work as it said the bill had not been paid and Daniel did not reply to our queries, it didn't bother us but if you want Sky check beforehand. The Sovereign Harbour area was great to walk around and some good places to eat and shopping handy, the marina and harbour are very busy though you can't see them from the apartment balcony which would have been very nice. Surrounding area is lovely to visit and reasonably priced apart from Brighton which was a pretentious dump costing over £20 to park for more than 4 hours. We particularly enjoyed Eastbourne, Arundel, Battle Abbey and a surprising spot called Bentley Wildfowl Park and Motor Museum where we spent a whole day.

Not a luxury apartment at all.

There is an air of neglect about the apartment, it was dirty. I could not use the cooker in the kitchen as it looked as though it hadn't been cleaned in months being thick with grease. I took photographs to send to Daniel because I was that upset by it. He hasn't bothered to reply, I have also telephoned him a few times but he won't pick up.

I am disabled and I hadn't had a holiday for four years and it just spoilt it for us. Anywhere less luxurious would be hard to find.

Great Luxury Apartment

Lovely clean and well equipped luxury apartment. Very close to seafront with sea views from lounge and main bedroom. Quiet area, safe parking.

On arrival there was bread, milk, butter, orange juice, chocolates and wine in the fridge. Two large bedrooms, towels and bedding provided.

Daniel was very helpful, answering various questions and sorting out the wifi during our stay.

The location is about a 45-50 minute walk from Eastbourne Pier and a 10 minute walk to the restaurants around the marina.

During our 4 night stay we visited Battle, Rye, Brighton, the Long Man of Wilmington and the National Trust visitor centre at Birling Gap near Beachy Head.

Nice Apartment

Nice, clean, well equipped apartment which has sea views in lounge and main bedroom. However the marker on google maps is in totally the wrong place and shows the apartment overlooking the harbour which is what we were looking for. Also the fire alarm was disconnected but we did find some in a drawer. For these two reasons I have given 4*s.
