Beautiful independent villa, located just a few steps away from a quiet beach near the main beach side of Campofelice and just 10 minutes drive from Cefalù.
You will find there all comforts, an external kitchen and dining area, a terrace where you can enjoy your breakfasts and meals 'al fresco', a barbecue a large green garden.
The villa is located within a complex facing the sea which also offers a large swimming pool (open from end of June to beginning of September), a football field, a play area and direct access to the beach.

A nice beach (sandy with some pebbles) is at only 3 minutes walk.

At 5-10 minutes walk is a grocery shop for bread, fruits, vegetables, and basic food. At 20 minutes walk, along the main beachside you will find several other amenities such as restaurants, bars, ice cream shops, playgrounds, bus stops, a mini-market (some of these are open in summer only).

The main supermarket is at 15-20 minutes walk or 2 minutes drive.
Cefalù, the main touristic place in the area is at only 10 minutes drive. Palermo is instead at just half hour drive.

The villa is ideal for families and groups of friends up to 8 people thanks to its 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms!

OUR EMERGENCY CANCELLATION POLICY WILL GIVE YOU RIGHT TO CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS:
• 70% REFUND
We will refund 70% of the advance payments, plus you keep 100% of the final payment due on arrival
• 100% CREDIT
You will get a credit of 100% of the paid amounts at the time of cancellation which you can use to reschedule your reservation at any time, up to one year from the original dates, PLUS :
• The credit can be transferred to a friend or relative in case you are unable to use it
• Price is locked, in case the rates increase before you confirm the new dates
• You can exchange the credit with a refund up to 70%* should you change your mind or be forced to cancel again

The Emergency Cancellation Policy set above will be applied only if emergency travel restrictions are officially in place in either your Country or in Sicily and it’s valid up to 30 days before the arrival date (extendable by paying an extra, please contact us for more info), after that we may still consider a partial refund/credit, to be determined case by case. The policy may be exceptionally applied also for flight cancelled by the carrier due to sanitary emergency, subject to our approval (evidences will be required). Refunds and credits refer to paid amounts except any website’s booking/service/administrative fees (which are refunded at the website’s discretion). The policy is valid for bookings in 2021.
*The exchange for a refund will be available until 90 days from the new booking’s arrival date. The amount of the refund will decrease progressively from 70% to 20% as the 90 days limit approaches.
