About Paul and Sam

Paul and Sam live together near the boats Gemini III & Raki Raki, with baby Orlagh who is 2 years old and a friendly rescue dog called Seamus. We would be delighted to welcome you to stay on board our homely boat.

We bought the boat in early 2017 and have spent the spring and summer months renovating Gemini III.

Replacing the kitchen, flooring and furniture throughout and re-decorating, as well as giving the engine a full overhaul.

The boat is now much more comfortable and ready for some proper use and has looked after us on a few excursions whilst works were underway… So we know that she floats!

Check out available dates and rates below or drop us a message with any questions on the contact us page.

Why Paul and Sam chose Stockport District

Our narrowboats are well equipped and have everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable time aboard. Located on a lock free stretch of canal you have 4 to 5 days cruising. For the more adventurous who wish to tackle the locks of Marple or Bosley we give a full hand over and training.

The Macclesfield Canal borders the Peak District and has a Green Flag award for outstanding natural beauty. It is truly a wonderful place to spend some time away from the hustle and bustle of modern life and unwind during a relaxing break.
