Tamsin's Cottage is a light and spacious barn conversion equipped with modern conveniences.

There is a four poster bed in one bedroom. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms.

There is a large patio in front perfect for dining al-fresco. The bird feeders in the patio garden are frequented by a variety of wild birds.

Solar panels & ground-source heat pump provide central heating and hot water (backed up by electricity from renewable sources). We try to use eco-friendly products where possible.

Relax under the stars in the luxury of the hot tub.

There are spectacular views of the countryside and valley extending into the distance.

Tamsin's Cottage is perfect for a romantic getaway.

Coastal towns and villages: Tamsin's Cottage is well placed for many beaches, towns and villages on the coast. Looe, Polperro, Lerryn and Fowey are all close by. The National Trust beach of Lansallos is a short drive away.

Eden Project: The famous Eden Project is 30 mins drive away.

Gardens & Stately Homes: Lanhydrock House is one of the National Trust's more popular properties is only 20 minutes drive. The famous Lost Gardens of Heligan are within easy reach.

Brilliant in every way

The cottage is well equipped, and in an ideal spot to enjoy all Cornwall has to offer.

Christine and Roger are very helpful and keep the property in tip top condition.

Hot water was not a problem.

We are to return again next year.

Great to be back, this time with friends

Another lovely stay with good weather. Our friends were very impressed with the quality of the property and the extra touches. Slight issue with the hot water but Roger was doing his best to sort the new system. A great bolthole. Thanks once again Christine & Roger.

Well, what a lovely cottage. Could've stayed forever :)

An ideal base for South East Cornwall, and only 45 Mins to the North coast too. Towns visited included Bodmin, St. Austell, Polperro, Looe, Tintagel, Charlestown, Launceston, Could have easily done Padstow but we have been their before.

Anyway, the cottage is lovely with everything you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean, 2 x double bedrooms both with ensuites.

Hot tub was lovely when coming back from a days driving and walking.

We did have a problem with WiFi access on forst day but very quickly resolved by Roger. Only mentioning this to show that the owners want to resolve any issues you have.

Would we go back?...........You bet we would!

A Truely Great Cottage

Just spent a week at tamsin's Cottage and what a lovely cottage it is warm and cosy despite the weather being cold with some of Cornwalls famous liquid sunshine it was a real joy to return each day to a well appointed and maintained cottage this property is very homely with comfortable seating and the most comfortable beds we have ever encountered the decor is light and airy just about everything is provided including a vase of cut flowers and a cream tea on arrival and even dressing gowns are provided and what a suprise to find Denby Crockery everything in this cottage is of a high quality the rooms are spacious with many pictures being local to area makes this property seem part of your Holiday we did not have coarse to use the Hot Tub or barb a cue due to the weather but Roger explained thier use and the other facilities on arrival .you will find the owners Roger and Christine very helpful and living next door always at hand.

We almost missed this property as it was outside our planned budget but we are glad we booked as it is worth every penny
