LE GRENIER is a beautiful apartment located on the 2nd floor of the chalet CHOULOU, arranged with care, exposure South-East, seen on the ski area of Chavannes and on the village of Les Gets. It is located 10 minutes walk from the center of the village and 50 m from the stop free shuttles (Stop the Rock)

DESCRIPTION:
- An entrance hall with wardrobe
- A living room-stay opened on an equipped American kitchen. Access to a large terrace with French doors
- A dining area
- Two double bedrooms en suite, with cupboards (walk-in shower, toilet and sink). Beds of 160 x 190 cm
- A children's room en suite and equipped with 2 x 2 bunk beds (4 beds 90 x 190 cm) with TV + walk-in shower, WC and washbasin

Electric floor heating with individual thermostat, duvets and pillows, TV, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, raclette, vacuum cleaner, WiFi access

Modern well equipped chalet with plenty of space and everything you need for biking or skiing!

The property is just a few minutes walk into the centre of les gets. It's well equipped and had everything we needed including a boot room big enough to secure the bikes away locked and out of sight! The apartment itself was very nice modern and clean. Great views from the balcony and over les gets. Overall a very pleasant stay at a very good price!

Beautiful apartment...summer 2019

The apartment is very clean and well equipped, in a good position to walk to the village for supplies/access to lifts and walking routes, safe off road parking, very useful boot room for secure storage of bikes, lovely views from balcony to enjoy when having morning coffee.
