Independent villa surrounded by olive trees with sea view about 300 m from the beaches.
Located in the lower area of the residential hill of Via Monade.
The house is on two floors and has a bright, adequately equipped kitchen for a family of 6 on the ground floor.
On the same floor there is a large living room with a stone fireplace and a sofa bed to accommodate 2 people and a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Schlechte Objektbeschreibung

Das Besitzerehepaar war ausserordentlich freundlich und hat uns mit frischem Gemüse und Eiern aus dem Hühnerstall beschenkt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und mit jeglichem Komfort ausgestatten. Eigentlich hätte der Urlaub sehr schön sein können bis auf einen Makel. Was in dem Inserat nicht ersichtlich war und wir in dieser Preisklasse nie erwartet hätten war das Studio welches durchgehend belegt war, innerhalb des Hauses nur mit 2 abgeschossenen Zimmertüren abgetrennt war. Dasselbe natürlich auf der eigentlich wunderbaren Terasse welche dann auf dem gleichen Boden nur durch ein durchsichtiges Schilfmättlein in 2 Teile getrennt wurde. Hätten wir vorher Bescheid gewusst, wäre dieses Objekt für uns nicht in Frage gekommen da uns im Urlaub die Privatsphäre so ziemlich das Wichtigste ist.

Great house with a great view on the sea

The house and its view are very beautiful and the exterior very pleasant. The owners live just below but are very discreet. They are also very kind and regularly bring us vegetables from their vegetable garden. A great week in Liguria!

Schöner Urlaub

Wir hatten eine Woche gebucht - die Vermieter waren sehr nett, das Haus in einem guten Zustand. Für frisches Obst und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten hat unsere liebe Vermietern gesorgt - die nebenbei unter einem wohnt und bei Fragen zur Verfügung steht. Es gab eine sehr große Terasse mit einem atemberaubenden Blick über die ganze Stadt - besonders nachts war es sehr romantisch. Bei unserer Anfahrt haben wir das Haus leider länger gesucht..im Navi existiert nämlich die Hausnummer nicht. Kleiner Tipp: sobald man die Straße hoch fährt (das Haus liegt sehr hoch) kommt ein kleines weißes Schild mit der Nummer 44..dort dann eine sehr steile Straße runter.. Nach einem Telefonat mit dem Vermieter, haben wir es dann letztendlich gefunden. Ansonsten ist die Gartenanlage auch sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt auch ein Barbecue. Die Läden sind ca. 10-15 min entfernt..zum Strand sind es zu Fuß auch um die 10-15 min, je nachdem wie schnell man läuft. Der Strand hat kleinen Kies und ist sehr schön. Handtücher und Bettwäsche gab es inklusive.

Une exellente villa spacieuse avec une immence terrace vue la mer

Une villa d'excellente propreté avec un beau design, très spacieuse terrase vue la mer! C'était une vrai plaisir de se réposer sur la terrase avec un verre de prosecco... Il y aussi une éspace pour une barbecue et la table dèhors. L'hôtesse est très gentille, elle nous donnés des legumes et des lemones de son jardin. Il y a une oliveraie, un jardin et un potager sur la propriété :) Il habite un gentil chien sur la territoire, les enfants peuvent jouer avec, et aussi des poules. La villa est spacieuse pour 4 ou 5 personnes, beaucuop d'éspace pour stocker des choses. La plage est 10 min à pied, une plage publique n'est pas bondée comme dans les villes plus populaires autour.
