House of 260 m² ideal for families or groups, divided into:

First floor: 2 bathrooms and 3 double bedrooms, one with double bed, bathroom, dressing room and access to the terrace. The other two have twin beds and wardrobes. Ground floor: 2 double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, one double and one with two single beds. 1 bathroom and a toilet. Living room and kitchen.

Pool area, from the kitchen and dining room you can access to a large terrace ideal for all day, we find the barbecue and hammock area, next to the swimming pool surrounded by lawn.

The house is equipped with air conditioning in every room and central heating for winter. The farm surrounding the house is full of typical local trees such as almond, a huge fig tree by the pool, an olive, plum ...

Dit is vakantie!

Wat een droomplek. Het huis heeft een prachtig vrij uitzicht en is werkelijk van alles voorzien. Een paar zitjes rondom het zwembad, een heerlijk grote tafel en uiteraard de bbq!

Het huis was erg schoon.

Heerlijk bedden en iedere slaapkamer heeft airco.

Huis ligt wel wat afgelegen dus een auto is wel nodig, 10 minuten rijden supermarkt en dorpje Portocolom. Strand eveneens 10 minuten.

la más hermosa finca en Mallorca

hemos estado allí dos semanas de vacaciones. La casa era acogedora, limpia y muy agradable. La ubicación es muy buena y tranquila.

Xisca y Appolonia es muy agradable y amable y nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Nos encanta volver y esperamos que el próximo día festivo en Sa Bassa Secca

Perfect holiday home!

We absolutely loved staying here, a fantastic house in a great setting. We immediately felt at home. We were six adults and two children and it felt like we had loads of place. Well equipped kitchen, lovely big pool enjoyed by everyone, especially the children. Xisca and her family were extremely welcoming and hepful. We would love to come back next year!

Tolle Finca !

Wir, d.h. 8 Erw. und 4 Kinder waren im August in dieser tollen Finca. Platz ist ausreichend und das Haus bietet alles was man für solch eine Anzahl von Personen benötigt. Der Pool ist KLASSE und die Wasserqualität wird regelmäßig überprüft. Besonders erwähnenswert ist die ausgesprochen nette und zuvorkommende Betreuung durch den/die Vermieter. Sei es durch Ratschläge oder Hilfestellungen. Xisca, die Tochter der Eigentümerin ist jederzeit ansprechbar und gerne bereit bei Fragen zu helfen. Die Lage ist besonders gut, da man zwar Abseits vom Trubel wohnt, die verschiedenen touristisch erschlossenen Orte jedoch sehr nahe liegen, z.Bsp. Cala Murada – 8 Min. / Porto Colom – 10 Min. / Porto Cristo – 15 Min / Cala Milor – 25 Min.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Cala Murada – Supermarket (gut für Brötchen und Kleinigkeiten). Dies ist auch in Porto Colom, z.Bsp. im Spar Markt od. Eroski möglich. Für Großeinkäufe haben wir Lidl in Felanitx bzw. Cala Milor genutzt. Essenstechnisch gibt es viele Möglichkeiten. Besonders gut hat es uns in Porto Colom – im El Barco gefallen (Preis –Leistung – Lage). Vorreservierungen bei >6 Personen sind sinnvoll.

Wir können diese Finca nur weiterempfehlen und würden uns jederzeit wieder für dieses Haus entscheiden !

eine traumhafte Finca

Wir waren dieses Jahr schon zum 2. Mal in dieser Finca und waren, wie schon vor 2 Jahren, wieder mehr als zufrieden. Die Lage ist wunderschön, die Finca und auch die Außenanlage sind immer top gepflegt, es gibt keinerlei Beanstandungen. Der Pool ist traumhaft, wir waren mit drei Kindern im Urlaub, nicht nur sie haben den Pool geliebt, sondern auch die Erwachsenen. Nicht zu vergessen ist der Service von den Vermietern, sie sind auch bereit zu helfen, wenn es nicht um das Haus geht und sind auch schnellst möglichst da.

Ein Urlaub, in dieser Ferienfinca ist nur zu empfehlen, hier macht man definitiv keinen Fehler.

Excellent retreat

The house is located on a farm which is accessed through a diversion from the main road, which makes it very quiet. It has stunning views, you can see the monastery of San Salvador, the mountain of Es Picot. It has a large garden with trees typical of the area, a fig, almond.

Located 4 km from Calas de Mallorca, a major tourist area of the island, with supermarkets, shops, restaurants, tobacco shops and the beaches of Cala Domingos and Es Domingos Petits. 4 km from Cala Murada and 7.5 km from Porto Colom (pretty traditional fishing village). A 12 km de Portocristo, another major tourist area of the municipality where they are Portocristo beaches, Cala Romantica, Cala Mendia and find a few kilometers S'Illot, Sa Coma, Cala Bona and Cala Millor. 8.5 km from Cala Varques, one of the most beautiful coves in the area. 15 km from Manacor, the third largest city of the island, shopping centers, hospitals, cinemas.
