This flat is located on the top floor of a quintessentially Northern quarter building and is accessible via a lift or stairs. As you enter into the flat there are two bedrooms on your left and one behind you. Follow the hallway down and on your right is the bathroom. Towards the back of the flat is the open plan living, kitchen and dining area. You can gain access to the private rooftop terrace by going up the stairs to the left of the front door. There is a strong wifi connection throughout and it has been tastefully decorated which will guarantee a happy and comfortable stay!
Please be aware this is an older home, and as such, there is wear and tear to the wooden flooring.
This room has a trendy yet homely feeling about it, with plenty of natural light streaming into the room via the huge windows. There are 2 sofas which are perfect for relaxing on after a long day out exploring what Central Manchester has to offer.
The kitchen has everything that you would need during your stay if you fancy staying in one night and cooking a delicious meal as there are a range of cooking utensils pots and pans, plates, cutlery and glasses.
The large dining table seats 6 people comfortably.
All three of the bedrooms are similarly sized with lots of natural light through the large windows in each of them. They have sumptuous double beds which will be spotlessly made up using hotel quality linen. There will also be plenty of space in the wardrobe for you to unpack and store your clothes and belongings.
The main large bathroom is between the bedrooms and living space. There is a bath with a shower attachment, toilet and basin.
The other bathroom is an en suite with a toilet, basin and shower.
Large fluffy white towels and toiletries will be provided for every guest.
Guests have complete access to the house and outside area. Additionally I’ve arranged for a concierge service to be available to you throughout your stay, providing you with free on-demand support for booking restaurants, tickets to shows, transport...or anything else you might fancy! You can also book additional housekeeping services like regular cleans or changes of bed linen. I hope that this will help you get even more out of your stay. Interaction with Guests:
When I’m not there, you will be hosted by a professional hospitality company who I’ve engaged to look after you in my absence. They are on call to attend to your every need, as I would be.
This property is currently on the market, and occasionally, I might show people around for viewings. I will always let you know, and this should not impact your stay!
The Northern Quarter has been described as a vibrant and quirky district filled with independent cafes, shops, bars and cultural hotspots. If you are a fan of live music, craft beer, pop-up events and unique clothes then this is the place to for you! Not only is this area seriously cool, you’re also only a stone’s throw away from the rest of the city, and there is plenty to see and do in Manchester!
This flat is in a fantastic position in terms of being able to get around Manchester easily and quickly. The property is at the heart of the city centre, a 4 minute walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station, with Tram stops located all around to help you across the city if you don’t fancy the walk!
