The Space

The house is nestled into a quiet neighborhood off the Venice canals where it gets plenty of sun. There is a private front yard perfect for having morning coffee or reading a good book as well

as a large back yard for Californian outdoor living and dining. There are 2 private parking spaces available for our guests to use. The spacious house gets plenty of natural light and has been recently redesigned to make our guests feel right at home.

There are 4 full bedrooms; 1 master bedroom has a king bed, 2 bedrooms have queen mattresses and the 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds. The living room has 2 comfy couches and a dining area. The bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. There is also a BBQ available for our guests to use.

For business travelers the house is just a short drive to Silicon Beach companies or a short walk to Venice bars and restaurants.

Leisure travelers have quick access to the beach, shopping, or cozy cafes in both Venice and Santa Monica.

We provide for self check-in so our guests can arrive at any time convenient for them after 4 PM.

What makes this house unique

Our home is within walking and biking distance to just about anywhere local. Our guests can enjoy a nice 10 minute walk to Abbott Kinney Blvd. for shopping and a snack, or a 10 minute walk through the canals to the beach. The Venice Farmer's Market is only a 2 minute walk from the house and many grocery stores, cafes, and shopping are also in the local area.

Beautiful! Exactly how it was described and what we needed for our corporate retreat

I rented this property for a corporate retreat and it turned out to be perfect.

The house: the house is pretty much exactly like the pictures, modern and open and clean with lots of great communal areas. The communal areas were important for us as we needed places to meet, do presentations, etc...and both the back deck area and the living room were perfect for this. The bedrooms were spacious and had a lot of space. The master bedroom was beautiful. The only downside is that this is a 2 bath house and besides the master bathroom, the bathroom in the hall is a little small. One more bathroom would really make this place great, but this is a small complaint.

The location: This is a great location as it is just off a busy street but tucked away enough to be quiet. It is in walking distance to a lot of great restaurants in Marina Del Rey, the Venice boardwalk and Abbot Kinney. In my opinion, the location could not be better.

The property owners: I had minimal contact with the property owners but that's pretty much because nothing went wrong! Instructions for how to get in and house rules were very accessible and easy to understand.

I would highly recommend this property and would put this location on my list again when renting next year.

This home was ideal for a family ranging from 2 - 70 yrs in age. Plenty of space and a great kitchen

Our family came from NZ and Colorado for a wedding at the LACC which included several events in Santa Monica and Venice Beach as well. This meant we were centrally located and we used Uber lifts to get around. It's location near the airport was also beneficial as family came and went during the week. The house itself is in a pretty street close to the canals and an easy walk to the beach. It is spacious and well appointed. Everything was spotless with plenty of towels etc. the beds are very comfortable and the main bathroom is generous. Colin is very easy to communicate with and the bond was repaid quickly. Would recommend it to anyone!
