2 bedroom Quad House (sleeps 6) with off road parking and roof solarium

Our holiday home offers a comfortable and relaxing base for all types of holiday makers. Located in a quiet cul-de-sac, the house is less than 20 metres from the communal pool and has off road parking and a large roof solarium. The house has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6 comfortably with an additional double sofa bed in the lounge area. It has a large lounge, open plan kitchen and 1 bathroom. There is a dining table within the lounge as well as on the outside terrace and comfortable seating areas are available both inside and out. The wonderful solarium has both sun loungers and patio furniture, ideal for those warm BBQ evenings. The property itself, is furnished to a very high standard and is equipped with all modern conveniences including hot/cold air conditioning, satellite TV/radio and DVD.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, toaster & sandwich maker!! The property provides towels & linen and is cleaned before arrival and on departure.

La Marina: Like many beach resorts on the east coast, La Marina is a small town, divided into the old between the coast road & the sea and the new inland urbanisation. The 'Urb' area is a small vibrant place with supermarkets,cafes,bars & restaurants. La Marina is smaller than nearby Santa Pola & Guardamar but still offers a varied choice of tapas, Italian, English and Indian cuisine. There is a vibrant market on Thursday & Sunday mornings and local 'Sports Centre', offering bowls and a large commercial swimming pool which provides daytime/evening entertainment. There is also a new Sports development offering tennis & football facilities. The wonderful beach at La Marina/El Pinet is wonderfully clean and unspoilt also awarded the prestigious blue flag and the pine forest close by offers ideal shade for picnic lunches. The beaches are patrolled by lifeguards in the summer and have access to a fine restaurant and beach bar! The sea is clean,clear,warm and perfectly safe for children & adults too.

Holiday Activities: For those holiday makers who prefer to do something other than relax in the sun, there is whole range of alternative activities to do. La Marina is ideally situated close to the N332, the main route to both the North & South of Spain. For those looking to explore, there are wonderful towns/cities waiting to be discovered. The historic cities of Alicante, Cartenga, Orihuela and Murcia are easily accessible. Surrounding the area of La Marina, there are mountains for those looking to walk, climb and discover. For sports enthusiasts, there is sailing, windsurfing, tennis, golf, quad biking, go kart and horse riding. For those families with young children or teenagers, there are water parks at Rojales, Torrevieja, and Benidorm with a visit to Aqualandia/Mundomar a must! An hours drive away, is Terra Mitica, Europe's biggest theme park which now includes Terra Natura and another huge water park. For those who love to shop, La Jupe at Elche, and Habaneras in Torrevieja is a must!

Eating, Drinking and Having Fun: La Marina's night-life is varied and fun. There are many cafes, tapas and restaurants catering for all tastes. The bars are lively and light hearted, many with evening entertainment. There is a range of Spanish, Italian, English, German, Indian and Chinese restaurants situated on the urbanisation either at the Monte Victoria (Supervalu) area or the Consum area.There are excellent supermarkets, shops and banks. A medical and dental centre can be found also.

Great accommodation, just as stated with everything you require for an enjoyable holiday. Lovely location, close to all amenities. Communal swimming pool within a few yards which was kept clean and safe. The owner was very accommodating and the neighbours were at hand to help if there were any queries. Everyone was friendly and our young son made friends very easily. If we are able we would definitely love to go back again.

Our luxury home is situated on a quiet residential community in the Monte Victoria area of La Marina, 25 min drive south of Alicante and 40 minutes north of San Xavier airport. The property is ideally situated to provide you with the ideal base to explore the wonderful towns & beaches of the Spanish East Coast. There are golf courses & theme parks within a 20 minute drive and the vibrant city of Alicante and exciting towns of Benidorm & La Manga can be easily reached on the N332. The house has access to a communal swimming pool which is situated less than 20 metres away. Within walking distance are bars, restaurants, shops and banks. There is also an excellent supermarket less than a 5 minute walk away. Situated close by is a tourist information and medical centre. The urbanisation is also serviced by an excellent bus service. To gain the most out of your stay, I would recommend the hire of a car. Your holiday can be anything you wish it to be - but most of all it will be relaxing.

    A deposit of £100 per week is required upon booking . The full price of the booking must be paid 8 weeks before departure

    A small deposit of £50 will be required to cover the cost of any damages., this will be fully refundable on departure.
