In this beautiful half-timbered duplex apartment of 75m2 *** to completely detached tastefully decorated with a private garden. His exhibition is due south, it consists of a living room with sofa bed and 2 beds 90x190, a kitchen with dining room. The living room and dining room overlooking the garden through large windows. shower room with toilet.

Upstairs is a bedroom with a 140cm bed and a shower room with integrated sink and bidet. It is equipped with garden furniture, barbecue, etc. private parking lot

It is located in a quiet way without issue in a campaign environment and only 20 minutes walk from the beach in Saint Jean de Luz, near the shops, the city center, golf courses and thalassotherapy center. We can through the outside and avoid the traffic congestion which is a + in the summer. Wifi available.

This duplex apartment is located in a rural environment close to the city center, bakery shops, pharmacy etc ... We can go to the beach walk .and leave the city without going into traffic !!!! Crossroads Mall and other shops Picard etc without going into the city center ...

Propriété tranquille et bien équipée

Très belle propriété avec des vues superbes. Bien équipée et tranquille. Très jolie terrasse. Les propriétaires sont accueillants. C'est bien qu'on peut aller en ville à pied dans 30 minutes et abandonner sa voiture. Il y a beaucoup de livres et plein d'information pour s'orienter dans la région. Peut-être les escaliers poseraient un problème pour les personnes moins agiles? Pourtant nous recommanderions cette propriété sans hesitation.

Peut mieux faire

Bonne prestations générale mais séjour quelque peu gâché par un manque de chauffage dans la salle de bains. Nous avons sollicité Guillaume à ce sujet, lequel n'a pas été réactif à notre demande. Un simple chauffage d'appoint aurait résolu le problème. Dommage

Owner's Response: Bonjour, Je vous remercie pour votre commentaire. En effet, il n'y a pas de chauffage d'appoint mais il y a des radiateurs partout dans l'appartement y compris dans la salle de bain. Ces radiateurs sont la plupart du temps éteints par les occupants. Au moment de votre séjour, le chauffage était réglé sur 20° puis 21° quand vous m'avez signalé votre méconfort. J'espère que ce désagréement n'a pas gâché votre séjour à Saint Jean de Luz ! Nous allons prendre en compte votre commentaire pour mieux gérer le confort de nos futurs locataires pendant l'inter-saison. Cordialement, Guillaume Locations Untza Xoko

Magnifique maison basque à Saint Jean de Luz

Nous sommes venus la 1 ère fois l'année dernière et nous avions tellement aimé la situation(vue sur la Rhune, magnifique terrasse, le centre à pied par un joli chemin qui longe la Nive), la maison(propreté irréprochable , confort.....)

Tout est là pour passer de très bonnes vacances

Madame Colas, toujours charmante et qui est de très bon conseil pour nous présenter tout ce que l'on peut faire comme visite et activités

Brochures sur place

C'est certain nous reviendrons car c'est une très belle région
