About this property

Independent studio recently built according to the criteria of bio-construction and energy saving. Independent cottage and not far from the main house where the owners live.

The studio has a large living room with an equipped kitchenette; of a double bed and a bathroom.

From mid-June, July and August, free use of the swimming pool 5 minutes by car. Extraordinary panorama over the Tiber valley between Perugia and Gubbio.

All around so much countryside and nature and a few kilometers by car, the beautiful cities of Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi.

We are Renza and Vittorio, the owners, who left Bologna, where we were born and had lived, and in 1980 bought this house. It was love at first sight!

Why they chose this property

As we have always welcomed friends and acquaintances, since 2003 we began to enjoy the company of our guests: this provides a more relaxing atmosphere and the reciprocal pleasure in staying together. We are waiting for you!
