About this property

This 2° floor apartment is part of an historically restored typical Viareggine building. The apartment has a large double bedroom with large wardrobe and a bedroom with bunk beds. It has a complete bathroom with a shower. The living area has its own separate kitchen , sitting/dining room complete with a sofa bed.
To reach the apartment once can use the stairs or even the private lift. The apartment has a modern touch to it with clean lined furniture. Each area has its own individual A/C and this year we have made a small upgrade by adding WIFI.

Viareggio Centro

Perfect location in the centre of town, close to the Passeggiata, Darsena and train station. Supermarket just around the corner (as well as the best panini in the world at Adone’s). Would definitely stay here again.

Die Wohnung war im top Zustand. Sehr sauber, gepflegt und alles neu renoviert. Alles perfekt !!!!!!!

Wir waren mit der Wohnung und der dazugehörigen Abwicklung sehr zufrieden. Alles hat reibungslos funktioniert und wir hatten 13 wunderschöne Tage direkt am Meer in der wunderschönen Toskana.
