Perfect spot!
This house is perfect for larger groups of families or friends (or both in our case). We came up from South Carolina for the Cape Cod Marathon and half marathon and the house was a great place to stay. We were able to cook for the group and it’s right on the course so we could cheer each other on. Plenty of bathrooms, beds were comfortable. Beautiful views. Everything was clean and comfortable. It was a wonderful home away from home and I’d definitely recommend.

Beautiful Oceanfront
This property was everything I could ever have imagined. The breathtaking views from the upper deck was amazing. It was the most relaxing vacation I’ve been on in a while. The house was extremely comfortable and had everything you can possibly need. The butler kitchen is a perfect addition so drinks can be made while supper is being prepared in kitchen. You will never regret your stay here it is top notch and so close to beach and great restaurants. Loved every minute. The hosts are top notch. Book it!!!!

Best ocean view in Falmouth!
Our family traveled to Cape Cod from Iowa for the first time and loved every minute in this terrific home! From sipping coffee on the gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean, to walking the few steps to the beach, to enjoying everything that Falmouth has to offer, you will have a wonderful experience with a large group in this home. Even our 3 yo was entertained with all of the toys! The home has everything you need for a large party including beach chairs, kitchen needs, and plenty of space (i.e. bathrooms!) We would happily stay again - I highly recommend this home!

Above and Beyond!
I had hoped this would be a great family trip to take, all of us in one big house, right by the beach. What I didn't expect is the house (and hosts, Gerry and Reene) both being absolutely perfect and going above and beyond every single expectation I had. One morning, the keurig machine stopped working for some reason (mind you, there were still 2 if not 3 other coffee machines available for use), but we mentioned it in passing, and within a few hours a brand new keurig was dropped off at the house - that is the kind of service you can expect staying here. The house is large, very well kept, full of every single item you can think of (beach towels, more umbrellas than I've ever seen, pots and pans, games and puzzles, air conditioners in each room, a full washer and dryer with detergent/pods and dryer sheets - it would take a week to list out everything! The view from the large second level porch is amazing, day or night. I cannot imagine a better host(s) on VRBO or any of the competitor sites, nor a better vacation home to stay in. If you are at all on the fence about staying here, you will *not* regret staying here in any way, shape or form.

We are long term Western Mass residents who love the ocean and especially Cape Cod. When we left New England, we promised ourselves when the opportunity presented itself we would purchase a home here. We love this place and hope that you will enjoy your stay.

Why they chose this property

We love old homes. This property has a long and rich history. Falmouth Heights was the first resort area developed in the late 1870's. Our property was built in 1880 and has been a boarding house and inn. It has had many structural updates, but its interior features has been preserved. The rooms are lined with bead board and the floors were installed with an antique heart pine.
Also,we wanted to purchase a home big enough to entertain large families. This is the perfect place. With its many bedrooms (6) and bathrooms (7.5) many of them as ensuite, we felt that families can take in the spectacular ocean views from the 2nd floor deck and living room an enclosed sunroom. Family members can also enjoy spending time together cooking in the large kitchen and eating together in the separate dining room. The house is large enough to provide family members with both privacy and socializing.

What makes this property unique

The highlights of this home include:
*Spectacular views
*Access to beach
*Proximity to restaurants, marinas, Island Queen Ferry, and downtown
*Peace and tranquility
