This accommodation is the definition of luxury; it is fresh, modern and stylish whilst retaining the warmth of a home from home. The apartment is spacious, well suited to accommodating large groups and furnished with beautiful, hand-selected pieces.

The large living room is comfortable and a great space for entertaining as it houses a 50” Plasma TV, and a Blu-ray DVD/CD player. It opens onto a contemporary kitchen which is built to provide a trouble-free cooking experience with a cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher and new washer/dryer machine. The cupboards are even stocked with crockery, cutlery and those all important pots and pans.

The bedrooms offer the excellent respite, comprising of three twin bedrooms, which can all be converted into king-size beds if necessary and a double master bedroom with en suite. There is also a sofa bed to sleep up to two extra guests. Each bedroom has been carefully designed and furnished to ensure you have the best night’s sleep. All home comforts, including towels, a robe (for the swimming pool) and bedding are provided free of charge. There is also a second bathroom with a full bathroom suite including a shower.

For the ultimate in relaxation after a long day discovering the very best sights and sounds in Edinburgh head straight to the spa, exclusively for James Square residents. It consists of a private swimming pool, sauna, basic weight machines and extra showers and bathrooms.

There is a rooftop terrace to enjoy summer barbecues and the stunning views of Edinburgh, as well as a rooftop conservatory for those colder, winter nights to have the pleasure of enjoying the majestic view all year round. Secure, private car parking is also available for a car.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is in a lovely part of Edinburgh - very close to the city centre and a stone's throw from Haymarket station. It is beautifully decorated, with a home-from-home feel. Everything you could possibly need is there in the apartment and the beds, etc are very comfortable. The pool is also a fantastic feature and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves for the evening. This apartment comes highly recommended and the owners are excellent at keeping in touch.

Great appartment

Had a lovely stay in this apartment. Visited Edinburgh for a wedding with a group of friends and this was the perfect place to base ourselves. Very handy location and a nice spacious apartment.

Spacious, clean and welcoming

We were two families of 4/5 and we still had plenty of room. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and the beds comfortable. Living room/kitchen were great. The teenagers enjoyed the pool, and we could easily get into town and back, with supermarkets nearby for self catering. Audrey showed us round which was very helpful. Thanks. Suzette

Fantastic accommodation, a real home from home!

The apartment is comfortable, spacious and has everything you need for a relaxing stay, with the added bonus of the swimming pool. Audrey was a great help, she had even brought us bread and milk which was very kind. I would highly recommend this apartment, and it's only a 10 min walk into town.

Wonderful!

Really enjoyed this flat! There were 6 of us & we had plenty of room. The rooms are decorated very well & the beds are comfortable. It was nice to have the washer & dryer, dishwasher, refrigerator & a freezer. Another nice feature was how quiet the apartment was. There was a bit of wind while we were there & we didn't notice it unless we looked out the window. Very thankful for all the assistance before we arrived too. My emails were promptly responded to & were very beneficial in my planning. I would highly recommend this apartment. It is close to Edinburgh downtown & there were plenty of markets & restaurants (pubs) near by. If we ever head back to Edinburgh, I would book this apartment again.

Perfect Stay in a Beautiful City

the location is brilliant. Supermarket, pubs and restaurants are at the doorstep. It's a 15 mins walk to the city centre but there is a train station/ bus stops at the end of the road.

Most of the bedrooms are spacious. Kitchen has everything you need if you want to stay in.
