This accommodation is the definition of luxury; it is fresh, modern and stylish whilst retaining the warmth of a home from home. The apartment is spacious, well suited to accommodating large groups and furnished with beautiful, hand-selected pieces.

The large living room is comfortable and a great space for entertaining as it houses a 50” Plasma TV, and a Blu-ray DVD/CD player. It opens onto a contemporary kitchen which is built to provide a trouble-free cooking experience with a cooker/oven, microwave, dishwasher and new washer/dryer machine. The cupboards are even stocked with crockery, cutlery and those all important pots and pans.

The bedrooms offer the excellent respite, comprising of three twin bedrooms, which can all be converted into king-size beds if necessary and a double master bedroom with en suite. There is also a sofa bed to sleep up to two extra guests. Each bedroom has been carefully designed and furnished to ensure you have the best night’s sleep. All home comforts, including towels, a robe (for the swimming pool) and bedding are provided free of charge. There is also a second bathroom with a full bathroom suite including a shower.

For the ultimate in relaxation after a long day discovering the very best sights and sounds in Edinburgh head straight to the spa, exclusively for James Square residents. It consists of a private swimming pool, sauna, basic weight machines and extra showers and bathrooms.

There is a rooftop terrace to enjoy summer barbecues and the stunning views of Edinburgh, as well as a rooftop conservatory for those colder, winter nights to have the pleasure of enjoying the majestic view all year round. Secure, private car parking is also available for a car.

Great apartment and location

Nice neighborhood, roomy and comfortable, shopping center nearby, easy access by bus (approx 15 min) or a 30 min walk to Edinburgh castle end of the Royal Mile. Also easy acces to/from airport. Beverley is responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Newly updated, good location just outside of downtown area, comfy beds

Nice apartment in quiet area within walking distance (15min) to historic area. Everything new, good working condition and kept up well. On-site assistance is available and very helpful. The beds are comfortable and clean. Living room/Dining room is large for hanging out in. Indoor Pool is also a nice amenity and right nearby unit on ground floor. This is a 2nd floor apartment. Everything was as said (Wi-Fi was spotty, but was being fixed as we were there). All in, a good choice for large group wanting to get into Edinburgh easily and sleep comfy.

Very clean, good neighborhood.

The flat was nice, close to a market and bus stop. The apartment Manager Audrey was outstanding! I was unable to get the address to the flat until the night before our arrival which caused a little stress.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is in a lovely part of Edinburgh - very close to the city centre and a stone's throw from Haymarket station. It is beautifully decorated, with a home-from-home feel. Everything you could possibly need is there in the apartment and the beds, etc are very comfortable. The pool is also a fantastic feature and we were lucky enough to have it to ourselves for the evening. This apartment comes highly recommended and the owners are excellent at keeping in touch.
