Our vacation at East Bay was amazing!! Communication with Suzon was excellent, any questions we had she was right there with an answer. The pictures are so accurate but seeing it in person is so much better. She showed us to the condo and as we entered it was dark but when she hit the button to open the shades, OMG!!!! The view was breathtaking!! Minutes to the beach and pool and the grounds are beautiful. We spent a lot of time on the patio relaxing. There is a lovely pizza shop on the property and it is DELICIOUS!!!! Everything you could possibly need is really close. Seeing the whole island is very easy. If you want an excellent dinner and don't mind paying high prices, the Sol e Luna is one of the best restaurants I have ever had the pleasure of dining at. The food was the best. Also, check out the beach bars along Orient Beach, great drinks and good food.

This condo was perfect! If you're looking to go to St. Martin seriously consider this condo.

Beautiful

The Condo is exactly like shown in the pictures, it is very modern and has an AMAZING view! Mount Vernon is looking run down, however this condo is being updated and well kept.

The beach is a 3 minute walk and the complex does have a big nice pool, but a lot of times we chose to stay in the balcony enjoying the breeze and the ocean view, the only thing that would make it even better is couple of lounge chairs in the balcony...

For lunch there are plenty of restaurants with good food to choose from on the beach, for dinner we walked to 2 restaurants down the street one was a french restaurant (can't remember the name) and the one we loved is "Sol e Luna"...amazing food, service and ambiance...and it was like a 10 minute walk! (We did not rent a car during our week stay)

We will definitely go back and stay in this amazing condo!!
