A charming, former fisherman's cottage boasting stunning sea views from all rooms. This cottage is full of character and quirks with original beams, sloping ceilings and a Traditional Norfolk winder steep staircase; ideally located overlooking the sea just a few steps from the beach and promenade and within easy reach of all the amenities.Ground floor: Front door opening into Lounge: with TV with FREE SAT and dining table, door to Kitchen: with electric fan oven, ceramic hob, microwave oven and fridge with freezer compartment. Traditional Norfolk winder steep staircase leading to small landing.
First floor: Bedroom: with Kingsize bed, feature beach hut wardrobe, wall mounted TV, with FREE SAT, vaulted ceiling with exposed beams. Bathroom: corner bath, WC, pedestal hand basin.
Please note: Wi-Fi. Outside to the front of the cottage is a small enclosed area with table and chairs to enjoy the morning sunshine overlooking Lifeboat Plain. Whilst there is no parking at the property, the Cliff Road or Station car park are close by and both weekly and annual passes are available to purchase. Location: beach 0.05 miles, local amenities 0.1 miles. Due to the location, this cottage may experience noise from the local Pub during busy times.Please note that the information on this page is intended as a guide only. Relaxing & Close to Sea

The cottage was very quirky but cosy and comfortable. The accommodation was well equipped with a welcome bottle of wine , tea , coffee , milk and biscuits supplied. I thought this a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this place to stay. I will definitely be returning.

Cosy, clean, comfortable and great location

The cottage was perfect for the two of us. It was well equipped and furnished to a high standard. It was warm and welcoming and in an ideal location for all amenities. We enjoyed our stay and would go again and recommend it to others.
