The apartment is located in a quiet area, in a holiday area with some recently built areas.
The distance from the sea is about 1 Km on foot. Other essential services are within walking distance (minimarket, newsagent, tobacconist, bar, "Le Palme" area). Near the Parco le corkera there is a large supermarket (2. 2km, but the car is recommended).
To reach the apartment, take a shared walkway with other apartments, about 20 meters, which separates the main road from the access stairs, which are reserved. Cars do not transit under the apartment.
We do not have reserved parking, but it is almost always possible to park easily in the adjacent street.
Otherwise there are other parking lots nearby.
Near the seafront you can rent bikes to move around in the area more easily.

Bel appartamento con alcuni accorgimenti

appartamento grande. Bel tavolo con sei sedie. Cucina piccola con non troppo spazio per cucinare ma c è tutto. La proprietaria è molto gentile. Unica pecca il bagno senza box doccia e nemmeno piano doccia, quindi dopo ogni doccia bisogna usare il tiraacqua nello scarico. Abbastanza silenziosa la zona, una camera affaccia sul cortile di un altro appartamento quindi vociferare dei vicini. Divano da due posti magari visto che la casa è da sei persone ci volevano due poltroncine in più. Pazienza. Mare a 1,5 km circa passando dalla via principale di Marina di Castagneto. Poco meno facendo il giro dalla pineta. In ogni caso ottima vacanza.

Schöne Ferien in der Pineta am Meer

Wer den Standard von Wohnungen am Meer in der Toskana kennt, wird diese geräumige Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße der Pineta mögen. Zu den schönen Stränden gelangt man in 18 Minuten Fußmarsch oder bequem mit dem Fahrrad in 5 Minuten (Fahrradausleihe mit Lieferung und Abholung http://www.noleggiocicliholiday.com/it/). Die Wohnung ist gut für Familien von 4-6 Personen im Strandurlaub geeignet, die auch mal selbst kochen und gemeinsam essen möchten. Die Betten mit neuen Matratzen sind sehr bequem, eine moderne Waschmaschine steht bereit und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
