Open plan KITCHEN/ LIVING/ DINING ROOM :forms a fabulous space for a family or group get together ideal for a group meal or just a place to relax & enjoy each others company by the wood burning stove.

Hi speed broadband and top of the range multi channel large Flat screen TV . The sound sytem on the TV is bluetooth so iphones etc can be streamed through the TV sound bar.

Sleek fitted kitchen with all new appliances: 2 Neff ovens one a professional multi function oven, 1 a dedicated steam oven, the hob is 6 part induction with built in food warmer. There is a built in washing machine and separate tumble dryer dishwasher, fridge / freezer & lashings of instant hot boiling water for tea & coffee.

DINING TABLE to seat 6 guests Extra benches are also provided to seat up to 10 at a squeeze.

FAMILY BATHROOM with bath and rainfall wet room shower area, WC & washbasin.

Located to the rear of the building with standard fixed 4ft 6 double bed, a rail for your clothes and vintage school desk.

Trompe l'oeil mural paper in the style of a time tunnel draws you up the stairs to the second floor.

With standard 4ft 6 double bed & 3ft single bed

Newly fitted EN-SUITE SHOWER to the master bedroom with single shower enclosure, WC & wash basin

Standard fixed double bed 4ft 6 in & portable fold out chair bed if you wish to spread out

A NOTE ABOUT PARKING

There isnt a parking space with the apartment.

As in any city, parking is at a premium in Brighton. Please always read the signs and be careful where you park!

The apartment is located at the junction of Compton Avenue and Dyke road and not in the location shown on Homeaway or Google Maps .

TIP We strongly suggest downloading the paybyphone app to your phone for easy and remote on street meter payment & top up .

You can park for £1 an hour for a maximum of 2 hours outside the apartment ( no return within 4 hours) or why not park further out to keep parking costs to a minimum? Free parking is about a 10 to 15 minute walk away
