About this property

The detached villa is located in the Galé area called Villa Alegria just 5 minutes drive from the Galé beach, on the outskirts of the town of Albufeira often referred to as one of Albufeira´s best kept secrets.

Quiet and peaceful, the villa has easy access to all amenities, including the local market for bargain hunting, and many excellent restaurants for eating out and bars also.

The detached villa benefits from its own private pool, with a shallow end perfect for the children.

Leading from the living room is a spacious balcony with stunning garden and pool views, dinning on balcony, furnished with a table and chairs to enable you to dine al fresco. With five double bedrooms, the villa is ideal for families, with plenty in the surrounding area to see and do during your stay.

ENTRANCE HALL

LOUNGE

Spacious lounge dining room 45m2,with 1 ample sofa, dining table and 10 chairs, flat screen LCD television, 1 large picture windows over looking the pool and garden, patio doors to balcony.

KITCHEN

The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances such as dishwasher, hob, fan assisted oven, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board, saucepans and cooking utensils, fully fitted units.

SLEEPING

The sleeping arrangements provided are 5 bedrooms in which two is on suite. Four bedrooms with queen size beds and one bedroom with two single beds.

ENTERTAINMENT

The entertainment consists of a HD flat screen LCD television mounted on the wall which receives several English TV channels, a DVD player, CD player with radio, Internet Access Wi-Fi (wireless).

BATHROOMS

The bathrooms have bath with overhead showers, wc, bidet, sink and under sink storage cabinet, shaving/hair-dryer sockets, hairdryer, marble counter tops, large wall mirror. All bath towels are provided but we do not provide beach towels.

BEDROOMS

The bedrooms have queen size beds and single beds, fitted floor to ceiling wardrobes, chest of drawers with mirror over, bedside tables with lamps, full length mirror, air conditioning units for cooling and heating, electric shutter for window which overlooks the garden, patio doors to balcony, security safe.

BALCONY

10 chairs table and clothes airer.

POOL

Sunbeds along the pool for whoever wants to use, and also sun umbrellas to keep out of the sun, and give you some sun protection with shade.

PARKING

Parking outside in in front of the property with plenty of space.

Down payment / Deposit of 30% requested for reservation, the 70% remaining (Final Balance) is paid 30 days before check in.

Family Celebration

We had a week at Villa Alegria in early October. On arrival we were greeted and let into the property. The villa is very large with 4 double beds and 1 single, there were 8 adults and a baby. We all had plenty of space. The villa is very well equipped and the kitchen is fantastic. There is a good BBQ area. The location is good, quiet but 5 minute drive to fantastic beaches. I would recommend this property if you have a large group

Perfect stay

This property is absolutely fabulous for large groups, couples or families. The owner lives below but it is just as if they lived next door this property is very much a villa on its own at the head of a small development. Please stay here you will not be disappointed it’s beautiful. Walking distance to supermarkets and restaurants plus Uber taxi are easy to get. Could do with a guide book in the villa just noting points of interest and best restaurants etc for anyone visiting the area for the first time. We will return in the future to this stunning villa x

Amazing property

Property is stunning, big and extremely comfortable for 10 people. Location is extremely peaceful but by car Albufuria is only about 10mins away, close to a decent supermarket to stock up. Excellent facilities. Communication with the owner was easy and he was very helpful with answering any questions I had. I will be back

Lovely Villa

What a wonderful place to stay! Really comfortable and clean villa with a lovely pool and everything you might need. The kitchen was particularly well stocked with ample pots and pans and serving bowls etc. Aldi (cheap with just about everything) a 15min walk away Appolonia (very expensive but absolutely everything you need) a 25min walk away. The only drawback is that without a car and public transport being a unreliable and Uber fairly hit and miss there aren't masses of options of where to go to other than the beach in under an hour's walk - there isn't really a town centre to wander around. But for a very quiet, relaxing time it's ideal.
