About this property

This Townhome on James Island has been renovated from top to bottom. When you come to stay at our abode you will be surprised at how well stocked the home is. Linens, beach towels, fully stocked kitchen with pots/pans, baking tins, kitchen aid mixer, spices a keurig, washer/ dryer. All you need is your suitcase! Brand new gas grill (Oct. 2020) in the fenced in courtyard. Seating for 6. Storage room has several beach chairs, toys, umbrella. The location is ideal for one visiting Charleston. You are centrally located just off the beaten path but can get to all of the hotspots in just a short drive! New Restaurants are a plenty within a 5 minute drive. There are 5-6 grocery stores within 10 minutes of the property. There's games for the kids or adults.. You will not be disappointed by this beautifully maintained Charleston home!!

Remodeling stay 😀

We stayed here for two months while our house was being remodeled. We found the accommodations to be very convenient and the neighborhood was pleasant. Communication with host was excellent and very timely.

Winter Get Away.

This was a winter get away from MI weather for me, my husband and our miniature poodle. The condo was lovely with a private outdoor patio for warm days and a gas fireplace for those colder evenings. The complex has a series of man-made ponds with paved walk ways that made for many pleasant walks,

A great month stay

My husband and I stayed for a month in January. We had everything we needed to cook, clean, and make ourselves feel at home. The community was great with a bunch of walking paths and ponds, and the backyard was fenced in which was perfect for our dog. We enjoyed the fireplace on the cold winter mornings and the backyard table and BBQ were a nice bonus. The location is great! A short Uber ride to downtown Charleston and so close to Folly Beach. Thanks Elizabeth for a great stay!

Short trip to Charleston / Folly Beach

This is our 5th stay at this VRBO. The location is very convenient to folly beach & downtown Charleston. Condo is very well set up and comfortable.

Great location for the various places in Charleston!

My husband and I enjoyed a 4 night stay here. Very convenient, on-site, safe parking, 2 BR, 2BA. Lots of kitchen ware, pretty back yard. Elizabeth very responsive to a few needs and questions.

Growing up coming to Charleston, I knew I always wanted a property that was either at the beach or at least close to the beach! I figured for now this location was about as good as it gets! When you visit this property, you will see the background of my husband and myself and our love for Folly and also Charleston. We have owned this property for 20 years and are so happy to call Charleston our home.

Why they chose this property

Whether you are visiting Charleston for the first time or have been coming here for years, we know that there are so many things going on and who wants to spend all of their money on an expensive hotel when you can have all of the comforts in our home! We want travelers to have an enjoyable experience while not breaking the bank.

What makes this property unique

This particular property backs up to the walking paths and behind that is a beautifully wooded area where there's plenty of nature. One of my favorite features of the property is the backyard. It is a private area with all types of flowers great for your morning coffee, reading a book, or simply listening to the birds. Whether you spend a day at the beach or checking out the history of Charleston, this home will be a great spot to end your day relaxing.
