The development boasts fantastic tropical gardens with pool. The apartment is ground floor so you have direct access to these immaculately maintained facilities. Our terrace offers you a place to rest and take in the sun up until the moment it sets over the mountains. The well equipped kitchen has all make of appliances including, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, grill, oven & toaster, washing machine. In the lounge/dining area there is a large sofa and seating for 6,a dining table that seats 6,full hot/cold air system, under floor heating, plasma TV/DVD with UK satellite TV and access to SW facing terrace with outside dining for up to 6 people. Puerto Banus: Only a few minutes drive will take you to Marbella and its charming Spanish old town where you can have tapas and see the most original flamenco.

On your way to Puerto Banus you will find a casino, beauty centres, cinema complex, very good open air restaurants, discos, designer fashion and of course the bull ring!

Opposite to the luxurious Puerto Banus each Saturday morning there is an open air market very close to the apartment in the Centro Plaza and around the Bull Ring. This being a must for bargain hunters.

Beaches: There are plenty of beaches and beach clubs for all ages.

The Golden Mile - stretches from Marbella to the Port of Puerto Banus, and as the name suggests it is home to some of the most prestigious and impressive developments. Being close to both the centre of Marbella and Puerto Banus, it makes the Golden Mile one of the most eventful and cosmopolitan areas on the coast. The surrounding areas are full of golf courses, country clubs, excellent beaches, shops, restaurants and a very good night life.

Mistral Beach - is at the San Pedro end of Puerto Banus about a 20 minute walk from the port. If you want to hire a jet ski, water ski, wake board, ride on a banana boat or rent a pedalo this is the place to go as it offers most watersports. The Beach bar offers an extensive menu serving good food. It’s a great place to sit and people watch whilst enjoying fabulous food and a great family atmosphere.

Other: Tivoli - You’ll find a lot of good reasons to visit the fun park Tivoli World, having the experience to enjoy a fantastic day in a unique spot on the Costa del Sol. There is a world of magic that the whole family will enjoy. You’ll enjoy new exciting rides and a lot of varied shows, tasting all the gastronomic options in the themed bars and restaurants.

Selwo Aventura / Safari Park near Estepona - is an excellent day out for the whole family. It is divided into three areas and it is connected by safari trucks that can transport you from one area to the other. In each area you are able to walk around, watch shows and enjoy the animals in their large enclosed habitats. The animals have plenty of space, very similar to their natural habitat. There are no cages and they are free to roam and mingle.

If you don’t mind the drive then treat yourself to a visit to the spa at the Finca Cortisan Hotel towards Estepona, it is a space dedicated for relaxation, beauty and wellness.

Its surreal from the moment you wake up and pull the curtains to one side, the views are so breathtaking that no hangovers are ever felt its sobering. 270 degree views with the lake to its side Mount La Concha and the valley of golf in the distance and clear uninterrupted sea views. Its fully covered terrace is tastefully and exotically furnished to impress a princess. Every one is impressed from the moment you walk inn. I have huge culinary skills and these are felt in kitchen and the equipment required to adhere.

Golf: Within a 3 minute drive of the apartment there are some exceptional golf clubs

Las Brisas is located in the Marbella region and stands as one of Spain's most renowned golf courses. It was home to the 1973 Golf World Cup, and it's also the course on which Nick Faldo won the Spanish Open in 1987. Today, Las Brisas is enjoyed by famous golf fans such as Sean Connery and the Duke of Windsor.

Aloha is located in the Golf Valley, in Nueva Andalucía, Marbella, Aloha is an exclusive club that has one of the most beautiful and outstanding golf courses in Spain. This course was designed by Javier Arana and has hosted the Andalusian Open Tournament, PGA European Tour, in 2007 and 2008, standing as a reference point for both professional and amateurs who wish to enjoy the real essence of golf in a unique course.

Los Noranjos is one of the best golf courses in Spain located in the famous 'Golf Valley' of Marbella and just a few minutes from Puerto Banus. The apartment complex is manned by security and is a very safe environment The apartment complex has a gym, table tennis, sauna, and shower facilities. There is also table tennis and 2 x mountain bikes. The apartment is equipped throughout with designer furniture both internally and in the fully covered veranda. Its luxury to the max including his and hers Aqua di Palma robes 6 Armani and 2 Ralph Loren beach towels. An abundance of towels are located n the bathrooms.

Excellent apartment, great host

We stayed in this apartment for a couple of weeks over July 2017 and had a thoroughly enjoyable holiday.

As other reviewers have commented, it is a spacious apartment and Socrates has done all he can to kit this out “to the max”. Every room has been carefully considered and is brimming with designer touches and luxury items to make guests feel comfortable.

The bedrooms are well sized with good quality beds and each has its own en suite. The fantastic lounge/dining areas is fully set up with a high quality music and movie entertainment system - you could spend your entire holiday in front of this, though that would be missing the point of the area a bit…..

We spent a lot of time on the terrace, relaxing and eating. The view is fabulous and again Socrates has thought carefully about making this area as pleasant as possible.

Most noteworthy of all is how helpful Socrates was throughout the booking process and during the holiday itself. He responded promptly to any questions we had and also used his best endeavours to provide support when requested.

A genuinely great host and a fantastic apartment.

Perfect Summer getaway, beautiful apartment set in stunning location

Perfect accomodation for ourselves and son, age 15. Everything was in place as per the details and we settled in very quickly. Fantastic outdoor space where we spent most of our time, very peaceful and a great feeling of being away from the crowds. However the Port is only 10 minutes away by car and half way there is a lovely complex of bars and restaurants to suit all ages Alloha Gardens. Very reasonably priced . A car is definately needed and we were able to locate a lovely spot on the beach to the East of the Port quite near to the Marbella Club. Here we visited a gorgeous restaurant, petite Trocadero, on the beach for a different dining experience and the sea is clear and gorgeous for swimming. Socrates, thank you, for looking after us when we first arrived and being so helpful during our stay. Will definately be returning in the near future.

Beautiful apartment, furnishing and views, all with Socrates, the owner, as a caring host.

What a beautiful place to spend time on holiday, the owner Socrates has a beautiful apartment, with stunning sea and mountain views from the terrace, clearly this is a home from home with the best of everything in place. We are lucky enough to have the opportunity to share this amazing home. The location is both private and securely gated. We were there at a quieter time of year where we were easily able to park outside but in busier times there is an underground carpark with the apartment having its own private space. Swimming pool and large terrace would take less than 60 seconds from closing the apartment door to stepping in to the pool. A large lounge leads to the sunny terrace, every piece of furniture and decoration is of high quality and couldn't be further from the "holiday let" situation we mostly experience elsewhere. Two good sized bedrooms with ample hanging and drawer space, one even has a large en suite. Kitchen has all equipment you could need for your stay with essentially a large and very cold fridge ! Modern technology wise wifi was strong and reliable with a large tv in the lounge served by Sky tv with Bose multi speaker surround sound system for both tv and music. The owner, Socrates, could not have been more helpful, offering his local knowledge of the bars and restaurants worth visiting. The local nightlife is about a 30 minute walk away but a very reliable and cheap taxi picks up at the front of the complex within five minutes and costs 7-8 euros (useful if you don't want to walk in heels ! ) Socrates, works at, and genuinely cares that you enjoy all aspects of his Puerto Banus haven. We had a lovely time here and all four of us are happy to recommend you stay here - you could not be disappointed.

Excellent luxury apartment as described. Very helpful owner.

If you are looking for a private apartment away from the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus marina then this is it. Spacious and comfortable I found the UK based owner extremely helpful and just a phone call away (he will call you back to save any mobile charges). The apartment is "as described" so I don't need to elaborate on the quality etc. The only personal negatives are the location is a little remote at the top of a steep hill, and 30 minutes walk to nearest bars and restaurants. That said it's about 10 euro to the port and less if you want a meal in the local town. I had a hire car which is almost essential for rhis location. The pool is excellent and the complex very safe,secure and we'll looked after. We enjoyed eating on our terrace with a great view. Overall highly recommended.

Outstanding luxury apartment with views

My wife and I stayed in this beautiful apartment for 8 nights in August 2014 and truly enjoyed it! Socrates was an excellent host and always available via email or phone to help with questions etc.

The unit is spacious and very well-appointed with all the modern and luxurious amenities you expect. The kitchen is great with a dishwasher, plus the in-unit washing machine. For drying clothes, there is a clothes line outside that works perfectly well in the warm arid air. The beds are large and comfortable, the water pressure in the showers are great, and the view from the terrace is absolutely stunning. We would return to this unit just to sit on the terrace to enjoy a glass of Rioja! We found ourselves wanting to go back to the condo in the evening just to enjoy the view down the hills to the sea.

The parking garage beneath the building is perfect - your car does not have to sit out and bake in the sun. There is an elevator to take you from the lower garage to the unit level, which is very helpful when you have groceries or large suitcases as we did.

The pool is a gem - beautiful, clean, and usually quiet. We went there every day to soak up the sun. There are also a few thatched umbrellas for shade, and more than enough lounge chairs. We never wanted to leave!

The complex has a workout room with free wifi. The workout room isn't super exciting, but it does have treadmills, a bike and an elliptical machine, and plenty of free weights, etc.

All in all, we definitely recommend this apartment. If you're looking for a sophisticated five star location and apartment you will not be disappointed!

Fantastic 5 star apartment

Fantastic apartment with a wonderful veranda and great sea view. The interior is decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Plenty of space for myself, my husband 2 kids and a baby. Everything we needed was there, beach towels, hair dryers etc. Great location and a safe secure property. We will definitely be returning.
