Great location. Short walk to the train/bus station. Building with lots of character. Pleasant and charming host. 3 flights of stairs, but don't let that stop you. The building is old, but the apartment is updated nicely. Even the stairs are charming in this old building. And you will love Annecy.
Beautiful apartment in a beautiful location
We had a lovely stay in this apartment. Dominique was a brilliant host and gave us a wealth of information before and during our trip. Would highly recommend. The location is perfect for exploring the old town and the apartment was spotlessly clean.

A wonderful stay in Annecy
We couldn't have been happier with the property, its location and all the help the owners provided. Dominique was instrumental in helping us secure a vignette (temporary license) for our rental car by going to the appropriate office before it closed on the Friday of our arrival. Huge help! Her husband has expertly renovated the spacious upper-floor Kitchen/Bath(shower, sink, toilet)/Living room unit we stayed in. It is truly masterfully constructed - lots of charm with two exposed rock walls. Great lighting and outfitted with everything we needed (including a hairdryer).
We found the apartment to be perfectly located -- right in the heart of the old city and a pleasant five minute walk to the lake. There are three flights of stairs to the unit (two of them winding); but as two reasonably fit 50+ year-olds we were able to negotiate them without problems. We would definitely stay here again.
Perfect space in a perfect location.
This was our favorite place to stay on our trip. The apartment had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. And having Dominique available to answer questions and suggest hiking and eating options was wonderful. I would recommend this apartment to anyone. I wish we had booked a longer stay!

The apartment is in the heart of the old town but still very quiet. Dominique was available to address all of our needs right away. Exactly as advertised.
There are 50 steps that need to be navigated with your luggage so pack light.
Surprise in the center of beautiful center city
We were only here for one night but wish it was longer. Flat was amazingly clean and warm welcoming. Check in and checkout we’re flexible. Our host was kind and very informative. Stairs aren’t easy but us and the children managed fine. Loved having the windows open and hearing the songs from the music school across the way!
On the edge of the Thiou canal in the Old Town of Annecy, few steps away from the lake. Pedestrian areas, shops, restaurants, cinema, theatres are very close by. The Old Town market happens 3 times a week and the flea market once a month. The Christmas market, every year, is set on the edge of the Thiou canal, not far from the lake and very close to the apartment. The Old Town, its canal and its lake are right outside your house. The Old Town, very lively, will seduce you with its numerous churches, its castle and old prisons.
