We absolutely loved Annecy and the apartment location is in the old historic section! You can walk to the shops, restaurant and the lake! The river runs right through the town and you have lovely views of the mountains as you walk around.
The apartments are just wonderful. Because I came with several family members we actually rented all 3. Each has its own character, well equipped and lovely inside.
The owner is marvelous to work with, she helped me with several questions before and during the visit.
I will return to Annecy again!
Dominique is a thoughtful host and has decorated her apartment beautifully. We really enjoyed our stay in Annecy and would recommend the property to anyone wishing to be next to a pristine canal and overlooking a lively part of the old ville.

It is up three flight of stairs but Mr. and Mrs. Kummor helped us with the luggage.Dominique explained all the workings of the apartment. She lives one flight up and offered to assist any time we needed. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and TVs in 2 rooms, all very clean.Downstairs are shops and restaurants and walks by the lake. Would highly recommend to friends.
Highly recommend, don't hesitate! This is the second time we have stayed in one of Dominique's apartments & loved both times, in both apartments. The location is perfect, right in the centre but very quiet when the windows are closed. Spotlessly clean, spacious, very well equipped, wonderful helpful hosts. Dominique is always available to give any assistance required but also allows you privacy. Parking is easy. We loved everything. You won't have any concerns here, it's wonderful.
From my first email inquiry regarding booking LeWaren's, Dominique was gracious and responsive. We were made most welcome by her upon our arrival. She was complete in our apartment orientation and recommendations of sights we might consider around Annecy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained, spacious, comfortable and contained everything we needed in the kitchen.
On the edge of the Thiou canal in the Old Town of Annecy, few steps away from the lake. Pedestrian areas, shops, restaurants, cinema, theatres are very close by. The Old Town market happens 3 times a week and the flea market once a month. The Christmas market, every year, is set on the edge of the Thiou canal, not far from the lake and very close to the apartment. The Old Town, its canal and its lake are right outside your house. The Old Town, very lively, will seduce you with its numerous churches, its castle and old prisons.
