very comfortable space in the heart of the city with gracious hosts. It is up three flight of stairs but Mr. and Mrs. Kummor helped us with the luggage.Dominique explained all the workings of the apartment. She lives one flight up and offered to assist any time we needed. The apartment is fully equipped for cooking and TVs in 2 rooms, all very clean.Downstairs are shops and restaurants and walks by the lake. Would highly recommend to friends.
Highly recommend, don't hesitate! This is the second time we have stayed in one of Dominique's apartments & loved both times, in both apartments. The location is perfect, right in the centre but very quiet when the windows are closed. Spotlessly clean, spacious, very well equipped, wonderful helpful hosts. Dominique is always available to give any assistance required but also allows you privacy. Parking is easy. We loved everything. You won't have any concerns here, it's wonderful.
From my first email inquiry regarding booking LeWaren's, Dominique was gracious and responsive. We were made most welcome by her upon our arrival. She was complete in our apartment orientation and recommendations of sights we might consider around Annecy. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well maintained, spacious, comfortable and contained everything we needed in the kitchen.
This is a great little apartment, centrally located in Annecy. Dominique has thought of everything, and is a lovely, informative, pleasant lady. We absolutely would stay here again, and recommend it to anyone.
Dominique is very professional and easy to work with, and her apartments in the heart of Old Town Annecy are a great place to stay. Very comfortable, very well maintained, and very nicely decorated, the apartments are perfect for families or groups of friends who want to come together throughout their stay. I cannot say enough good about our experience there, so my recommendation is to go and enjoy it without worry! Everything is the listing is accurate and yet it's still a pleasant surprise to come to a very clean, very nice place. The only issue that might concern some is the flights of stairs required to get up to the apartments, but if you can manage the hike, the view of the canal and the city is well worth the climb. While there, make sure to get some coffee next door at the little cafe, keep the windows open to hear the young musicians of the conservatory practicing, and nosh some frog legs at Le Lilas Rose across the bridge. I can't wait to return!!
On the edge of the Thiou canal in the Old Town of Annecy, few steps away from the lake. Pedestrian areas, shops, restaurants, cinema, theatres are very close by. The Old Town market happens 3 times a week and the flea market once a month. The Christmas market, every year, is set on the edge of the Thiou canal, not far from the lake and very close to the apartment. The Old Town, its canal and its lake are right outside your house. The Old Town, very lively, will seduce you with its numerous churches, its castle and old prisons.
