Nous avons passé un séjour formidable dans cet appartement avec nos 2 garçons.Cette location offre un compromis incomparable entre mer et montagne.Vous y trouverez le faicheur après les journées de plages et pourrez profiter du jardin. L'appartement est simple et l'accueil authentique, le village très accueillant. De vrais moments de bonheur passés ici ......nos rêvons d'y retourner. Un grand merci à la propriétaire et ses enfants pour leur accueil.

Agrèable séjour

Il etait la 2ème fois que j'ai loué une studio chez Connan car j'avais passé un très bon séjour l'année derniere et j'ai de nouveau réservé une studio cette fois en 3 personnes.

Le village, la vue formidable et l'endroit sont toujours mangifiques et le service de Connan parfait.

Cette fois j'ai aussi mangé pour le diner au restaurant et je dois dire que nous avons passé une soirée très agrèable avec des specialités corses que nous ne connaissions pas.

Superbe vacances

Nous avons passé de superbe vacances. C'était calme, la vue très belle, joli appartement, propre, le village super sympa avec le petit café et le restaurant et facile d'y aller à pied. La seule chose est le chemin pour aller à plage ou ailleurs, ça prend du temps dans les montagnes!!!! Tout à fait à recommander, aussi avec les enfants. Merci pour tout. L’appartement est loué en tant que T4 mais est en réalité un T3, 2 chambres et une grande pièce à vivre il serait plus honnête de modifier le titre en T3.

Il y a effectivement des couchages dans la grande pièce à vivre mais il faut aimer dormir avec la lumière du jour.la baie vitrée est équipée uniquement d’un rideau non occultant.

L’annonce dit aussi 4 étoiles ce qui sous entends un appartement haut de gamme. Certains robinets bougent dès que l’on s’en sert, la plomberie sous l’évier des toilettes laisse apparaitre un trou, etc…ce sont certes des petits détails mais mis bout à bout on est loin des 4 étoiles. L’endroit est correct, pas plus.

Nous n’avons pas pu profiter des bienfaits de la douche hydromassante. En effet, celle-ci étant positionnée trop haut certains jets nous arrivaient directement dans le visage.Pensez donc à prendre un petit marche pied si vous faites une taille normale pour une fille.

Lorsque nous avons contacté le propriétaire avant la réservation nous avions spécifié à plusieurs reprises que nous souhaitions un jardin clos car nous avions des chiens. On nous a assuré un jardin clos. A l’arrivée nous découvrons que le jardin est « clos » par un muret de 50cm max ou par un talus guère plus haut. Lorsque nous en avons fait part au propriétaire, en lui expliquant que nos chiens pouvaient donc se retrouver à tout moment au beau milieu de la route, pour lui ce n’était pas un problème.Nous nous sommes visiblement mal fait comprendre en amont, attention donc à être très précis lors de vos requêtes.

Le jardin est annoncé comme individuel et privé, entendez par la qu’il est seulement en contrebas du jardin des autres appartements.

L’annonce dit que l’on peut profiter des fruits du jardin… Chose qui nous a été impossible car en arrivant la propriétaire était déjà en train de cueillir les cerises et comme nous n’avions pas d’échelle dans nos valises nous n’avons pas pu atteindre les autres branches.

Cerise (cela nous a au moins permis d’en voir la couleur) sur le gâteau, la propriétaire nous a rappelé 20 minutes après l’état des lieux, pour nous accuser d’avoir cassé une étagère du frigo, plaque qui était déjà cassée à notre arrivée.pensez donc à bien faire un état des lieux à l'arrivée.

En conclusion nous avons passés un bon séjour mais trop de divergences et de non dit entre l'annonce,nos échanges et la réalité.prix trop élevé pour la prestation promise.aucune chaleur dans les échanges,du commerce et c'est tout.

Owner's Response: Lors de la réservation, je n'ai certainement pas du bien comprendre votre besoin de jardin bien clôturé et assez haut pour que vos chiens ne s'échappent pas pendant que vous les laissiez toute le journée enfermés durant vos visites. Cette situation nous a agacé aussi, si j'avais bien compris, j'aurais décliné votre réservation, évitant ainsi d'avoir vos 2 chiens enfermés toute la journée dans notre appartement pendant toute la durée de votre séjour. Je pense que le problème concernant vos chiens vous a emmené à chercher les petites bêtes. Je vais tout de même répondre à chacune d'entre elles: Il est bien précisé à tout moment que l'appartement offre 2 chambres. C'est tout de même un T4 car le salon fait plus de 50m². c'est ainsi que cela fonctionne ! Indiquer un T4 n'avantage en rien. nous ne cherchons pas à tromper nos futurs locataires. Cela ne nous serait pas bénéfique. L' appartement est bien classé 4 étoiles par l'Office du Tourisme. Les jets de la douche hydromassante se règlent d'une simple pression pour profiter aux personnes de toute taille. La colonne est fixée à bonne hauteur Les 360m² de jardin sont bien privés, avec une vue superbe. Il y a bien un vis à vis avec les jardins partagés de la résidence. Le prix diffère selon les saison et selon les réductions.

Le village est magnifique, perché dans les montagnes à 30-40 mon de l'Ile rousse et des plus grands commerces. Le point de vu est splendide. Nous avons été bien acceuillis. Propriétaires etaient disponibles. Appartement spacieux. Les plus: machine a laver, bbq et la vue imprenable!
