Welcome to my beautiful Mosman home - every Sydneysider’s dream! Comfortably housing eight guests, my home is luxuriously furnished, and consists of three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, kitchen, laundry, an outdoor deck with BBQ area and secure parking. Located on Military Road, you will be conveniently located near ample amounts of stores and restaurants. Close to Taronga Zoo and many scenic parks around the Sydney Harbour, my home is the quintessential Australian living experience.

The Space:

Make your stay unforgettable in my brand new, beautifully renovated home, conveniently located near the iconic Balmoral Beach, local restaurants and cafes, and famous attractions like Taronga Zoo. My Mosman home offers a luxurious escape into nature whilst being well connected to the CBD and surrounding suburbs. Perfect for families and groups especially in the summer, my home is the ultimate getaway for those wanting to explore Sydney.

Upon entering my home, you will find the living area, which is adjoined to the kitchen. The living room is luxuriously furnished, with a large flat screen LCD television mounted into the wall, situated just above the fireplace. Keep warm in winter as you cuddle on the leather couch covered with pillows and blankets.

The kitchen is directly next to the living space and is tastefully furnished with dark wood. The modern rustic vibes of my kitchen will serve perfectly to your cooking needs. Fitted with a stove, oven, refrigerator, quality sink and dishwasher, you’ll be able to whip up a storm across the large marble benchtops. The kitchen is wide and is equipped with many appliances that will make cooking at home a breeze. In the multitude of pantries and cupboards, there are full sets of tableware and glassware, making cooking and eating at home hassle-free. There is also a breakfast counter here, with three accompanying bar stools. If you’re looking to go out for brunch, head to Beach House Balmoral Restaurant and Cafe, only a 5 minute drive away, where you can have some smashed avo, bacon and eggs on toast, and a generous sized cup of coffee - all in the company of beautiful beachside views.

Make sure you also make use of the outdoor deck at mine. Unfold the doors, and you’ll be able to faced with my BBQ area and heater units for those colder nights. Here you’ll be able to cook the shrimps on the barbie and then take them back inside to dine at the large wooden dining table.

The large wooden dining table will perfectly seat all eight guests. The communal table is great for laying out all of your dishes. This table can also double as a temporary workstation for the business traveller, with thanks to the fast and unlimited WIFI available throughout my home.

After a day full of exploring Sydney, I’m sure all you want to do is take a restful nap and recharge. There are three bedrooms within my place, all fitted with double beds and high-quality linen, to ensure you sleep comfortably. Each of the rooms have bedside tables and lamps which will make late night reading or internet surfing much easier for you (and your eyes). In one of the bedrooms, a flat-screen television is able to pop up from the footboard of the bed - sleep in style! Additional guests can sleep on the sofa which unfolds into an extremely comfortable sofa bed. Linen is also available for this option.

The bathroom is luxuriously furnished, with marble tiling throughout. The pot plants and frames will transport you to a place of utter bliss. It has an oversized shower and a separate bathtub with accompanying television - this is true relaxation. There is also a toilet in here with a double sink. Toiletries including shampoo, conditioner and soap have been provided along with soft fluffy cotton towels. A salon hairdryer has also been left under the sink.

The property also comes with a laundry featuring a washer-dryer combo and iron with ironing board.

I also have a small little gym room that you can access from the back. Do some bench presses and get your fitness mode on.

Car parking is available at the back of the house.

My place is an exquisite house and was built with socialising and groups in mind. The vibe and location will leave you with lifetime memories and I look forward to welcoming you.

Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home – you are booking the ‘entire place’ which means you can make yourself at home throughout. A set of keys will be provided to the doors, allowing you to come and go as you please throughout your stay, 24 hours a day.

Interaction with Guests:

In most instances I will personally meet guests upon arrival to hand over keys and explain where everything is and how easy it is to get around. For those checking in at unusual hours or while I’m at work, alternative arrangements will be made. During your stay I will be nearby in Sydney and available for contact by email or phone.

The Neighborhood:

My home is found on Military Road, so access to a wide selection of retail stores and restaurants will be extremely convenient - I recommend Ogenki Japanese Restaurant for dinners (5 minute walk). For all of your groceries head to Bridgepoint Shopping Centre, a 7 minute drive away, where you can purchase fresh food and produce from Aldi, Bakers Delight, and Harris Farm Markets. There are also many parks that can be found in the surrounding area, with Memorial Park, Lawry Plunkett Reserve and Headland Park under 400 metres away. If you are willing to travel further, Balmoral Beach is a 13 minute walk or quick 4 minute drive. Furthermore, Bradleys Head and the Sydney Harbour National Park, offer amazing views of the harbour and the Harbour Bridge, and are only a 5 minute bus ride away. Make sure you head to Australia’s most renowned zoos, Taronga Zoo, only a 3 minute bus ride away, where you can get up close and personal with some cuddly koalas, kangaroos and wildlife. Additionally, Sydney’s CBD is a 20 minute drive away from mine, if you’re wanting to explore the pedestrian malls, shopping centres, and see the Centrepoint Tower and the Sydney Opera House.

Getting Around:

You’ll have access to private and public parking, so getting around by a vehicle will be very easy. Alternatively, public transport is extremely convenient, with four bus stops within 100 metres, on Military Road, Raglan Street, Middle Head Road, and Bradleys Head Road. Travelling to Central Station in the Sydney CBD will take around 44 minutes by bus. From there, the entirety of Sydney can be accessed via the extensive rail system or walking.

Other Things to Note:

There is to be no smoking in my property - any evidence of smoking will result in a $150 fine. If you do lose keys to my property, you will be charged $250. I appreciate your understanding in advance.

If you do not check out on time, you will be charged $100. This will require keys to be placed back where you collected them before the check out time.
