With an independent entrance on Piazzetta Santa Lucia, the Acquamarina Apartment is located on the ground floor of Casa Gianca. Gracious, welcoming and bright, the 65 square meter apartment, renovated with quality materials, is fully furnished and equipped with free Wi-Fi.

The large living area, which overlooks a delightful outdoor area for exclusive use, is composed of:
- Fully equipped eat-in kitchen, with electric oven, induction hob and large fridge-freezer
- living room with sofa, 37 inch LCD TV
- laundry / storage room with washing machine

The sleeping area is composed of:
- double room
- bedroom with bunk bed,
- bathroom with window, with bidet, shower 70x80 cm, hairdryer

At guests' disposal linens for the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen.
Upon request cot and high chair for children, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

Great stay!

Very nice apartment, excellent location, and Claudio was a fantastic host. I’d stay there again in a heartbeat. The shower is on the small side, but it’s totally manageable. Grazie!

OTTIMA ESPERIENZA

Ospiti di Claudio e Caty, abbiamo trascorso sull'isola giornate molto piacevoli. Il competente e gradito supporto di chi ci alloggiava, ci ha permesso di non avere alcun tipo di problema. Struttura abitativa molto accogliente e completa di ogni confort. Dislocazione ottima avente in Carloforte buona posizione, tranquillità e vicinanza al centro .Paesaggi e natura incantevoli. sentirsi coccolati !!

Meno male che esistono ancora questi posti!! Ho soggiornato a casa Gianca con la mia famiglia purtroppo solo 6 giorni ai primi di settembre. Ci siamo sentiti davvero coccolati dalle comodità nel delizioso appartamento in pieno centro di Carloforte, dai colori, dal silenzio dei carrugi ma soprattutto dalla ospitalità dei proprietari; in casa non mancava nulla e la posizione è davvero strategica. Consigliato col cuore

Colori di mare e sabbia a Casagianca

Abbiamo trascorso dieci giorni indimenticabili in questa casa dai tenui colori marini, solare e spaziosa, ristrutturata con cura e passione dai proprietari, che ci hanno accolto calorosamente al nostro arrivo. La casa è centralissima e al tempo stesso silenziosa. Fornita di tutto e di più, non fa rimpiangere in alcun modo la propria casa. Insomma, si tratta di una casa "generosa" proprio come i proprietari, disponibili ad ogni richiesta... Direi che non ci sono parole per descrivere una "perla" nella perla di Carloforte...! Qui la delusione non è di casa...Provare per credere!

APPARTAMENTO IN OTTIMA POSIZIONE E CONFORTEVOLE

L’appartamento è ben arredato, accogliente, fresco, confortevole ed attrezzato di tutto il necessario. La casa è collocata in una piazzetta silenziosa e caratteristica, a poca distanza dalla piazza principale e dai servizi, raggiungibili in pochi minuti a piedi. I proprietari sono gentili, ospitali e molto disponibili. Consiglio vivamente il soggiorno sia per l’appartamento che per la località, che è un vero gioiello naturalistico! Maria Grazia
