Large spacy 2 bedroom house in 2 levels, ground level consist of entrance, extra toilet, kitchen with washing mashine and dishwasher, livingroom with fireplace and access to 16 m2 terrace with furniture, 2 sunbeds, grill and 12m2 rool out sun cover when wanted. 1st floor has 2 large bedrooms with wardrobes and bathroom with bathtoop, bidet, toilet, and dobbelt zink. Little balcony from 2. Bedroom and from master bedroom 6 m2 nice covered terrace with nice seaview, table and two chairs and overlooking Benalmadena.

Aircon throughout included, wifi throughout included, tv with several hundred channels included(British, German, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian channels) all power and water included. Bedding, towels and cleaning included.

Pueblo Andaluz(Tio Charles) Benalmadena, a closed very cosy and warm community.

2 large community pools depth 3m. Spectacular view from the pool area 1, 10 km coastline in each direction, east and west from the altitude of 250m. Pool area 2 in the middle of the urbanization 30m from the house.

Walking distance to Benalmadena Pueblo with its small nice restaurants, bars and shops.

3 min drive to the sea. Private underground parking close to the house.

The community is gated and guarded all night.

Grandioser Ausblick in absolut ruhiger Lage

Wir waren zu zweit Ende April für zwei Wochen in dieser schönen geräumigen Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Die Wohnung liegt etwa 15 Gehminuten von dem schönen kleinen Stadtteil Benalmadena Pueblo entfernt in einer erstaunlich ruhigen Wohn und Feriensiedlung. Ein eigener Tiefgaragenplatz gehört zur Wohnung, was oft sehr nützlich war, da die Plätze auf der Straße größtenteils belegt sind.

Auf der großen Terasse mit zwei Sonnenliegen schien immer bis zum späten Nachmittag bei entsprechendem Wetter die Sonne. Die vorhandene Grillmöglichkeit haben wir gern und ausgiebig genutzt.

Besonderer Dank geht noch an Mr. Barrie Little, der uns sehr freundlich empfing und die Ferienanlage ausgiebig zeigte und erklärte.
