Welcome to Le Cambremont, our four bedroom house in Le Neufbourg near the picturesque town of Mortain (as featured in Al Murray’s “Road to Berlin”) in the glorious countryside of Normandy, France. The house is well equipped with a large living/dining room with traditional wood beams, and has seating for up to 8 people. Use the log burning stove for those cold winter evenings with 2 electric convector heaters to supplement the stove. There is a colour TV with English satellite channels, a DVD Player and a VCR with a selection of films. There is a selection of books for those wanting a more peaceful stay and a selection of games and jigsaws.
The kitchen is well equipped with seating for up to 6. A gas hob, an oven, microwave, a toaster, and a fridge along with all the necessities for self catering accommodation, there’s even a dishwasher.
The utility room has an automatic washing machine, Fridge freezer, also an iron and ironing board and space to store all your outdoor things.
A shower room and toilet along with 2 garages and a store room to store bikes complete the downstairs.
The four bedrooms comprise of the master bedroom, which is spacious and well equipped with a wardrobe full length mirror and a chest of drawers. A cot is also supplied.
The twin room is ideal for both kids and adults; it is spacious and has a roomy chest of drawers.
The blue room comes with great views of the countryside and also has a wardrobe. .
The brown room has an old style metal frame double bed and plenty of drawer space and again great views out over the open countryside..
The Bedrooms’s all have an electric heaters to keep those cold winter nights at bay.
The bathroom has a large shower, hand basin, toilet, an electric heater and plenty of storage for your towels. There is also a separate toilet upstairs.
