Mauvais rapport qualité prix

Nous avons trouvé le logement dans un piètre état (propreté, pas de rideau de douche, porte de la salle de bain qui ne fermait pas) . Nous avons fait une réclamation auprès du propriétaire qui nous a entendu et a tout de suite réagi positivement pour y remédier. Mais globalement le logement est très sommaire et mal equipé. Il y est casiment impossible de cuisiner (lcuisine dans un placard et vetuste). Et dans l'ensemble la residence meriterait un coup de neuf. Demander un logement en etage car certains indiqués comme étant en rez de chaussée sont en fait en sous sol. Le point positif est la situation exceptionnelle, a 20 m de la plage.
