This three bedroom apartment is stylishly furnished to a high standard throughout, being both light and spacious ideal for families looking for a relaxing space. The property is also ideally located for easy walking access to the beaches of Bournemouth and local amenities of Westbourne or surrounding towns. Located just a short 5 minute walk to Branksome Dene Park & golden sandy beaches with easy accessibility to all the attractions and amenities of Bournemouth and Poole.

Beautifully presented, the 22' x 14' lounge is a great space for relaxing in the evenings. The centrepiece of the room is a stone fireplace and the windows guide your eyes to the rear southerly facing garden and panoramic sea views. The pristine, white finish kitchen includes integrated appliances: fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and a great space for entertaining. The master suite is light and airy, benefiting from the sea views and an en-suite shower room, there is a second double room and a twin bedroom which has patio doors leading through to the garden area. All bedrooms have a spacious and light feel, please note sheer curtains are provided in the master bedroom and black out blinds available in the other two bedrooms. There is also a main bathroom, with a luxurious tub and separate rainfall shower plus a separate WC room. Complimentary x1 cot and x1 highchair stored at the property, additional available at a surcharge.

The real attraction for this property is the breathtaking sea views to the rear of the garden; a prime location for having a cup of tea in the mornings or glass of wine in the evenings. Although the fencing at the rear of the garden is secure, we would recommend supervising young children and pets whilst in the garden area. The owners can not accept any liability in the event of an accident should the fencing be climbed.

Location

Alum Chine is Bournemouth's largest Chine, one of four in the area, with an award-winning sandy beach flanking it and a host of attractions onsite. It is brimming with attractions to suit all tastes. Take a stroll along the charming woodland walk through the Chine valley or a tour of the famous tropical gardens which date from the 1920s.

This property, located in Alum Chine is a short walk from the stunning tropical gardens - somewhere perhaps to sit, relax and read some Thomas Hardy (an author synonymous with Dorset). You will find the golden beach stretches for seemingly unending miles to Hengistbury Head in one direction and Canford Cliffs in another - both stunning sights. In the summer months there is a lifeguard on duty all day and the children's play area is perfect for letting off some steam. The word "chine" comes from the Saxon word ‘Cinan,' meaning gap or ridge which carries the water out to sea - Alum Chine being a beautiful example of this. Slightly further afield is the area of Westbourne, known in Dorset for its boutique shops and high-quality restaurants. Sitting to the West of Alum Chine is the prosperous and naturally beautiful area of Sandbanks - famous for its high property values, it is a popular site for water sports, especially windsurfing and parasailing. Take the chain ferry from Sandbanks to Studland and head up to Old Harry Rocks where you'll be greeted with amazing views of the coastline. On the way back why not stop and quench your thirst in the local pub or even have a spot of lunch.

As well as its premier league football team, Bournemouth hosts three internationally renowned theatres and several music venues where you can see many top touring bands or side splitting comedians. Located on the beautiful coastline, the town is bordered by the channel, a stretch of water historically significant: from the invasion of William the Conqueror and his Norman knights, to the Battle of Britain in the Second World War. The town is populated with a huge variety of high-street shops and two Michelin star restaurants: Arbor and Neo. The square separating Bournemouth's long high street plays host to a huge variety of entertainment - from drumming bands and circus skills in the summer; to outdoor carol concerts and the Christmas market in the winter time. On the seafront sits Bournemouth Oceanarium: explore what swims beneath the ocean and find your underwater adventure. At the end of August each year, the town hosts Bournemouth Air Festival, one of the largest air shows in Europe, combining aerobatic prowess, naval efficiency, and many exhibitions at ground level. If military history is your cup of Dorset tea, why not visit the Bovington Tank Museum and understand why the metal machine's history is inter-linked with Dorset's own.
