This stylish, well-equipped and spacious duplex penthouse apartment is in a stunning beachside location with its own private rooftop pool. Located in the sought after area of Cabopino (often described as the Costa Del Sol's best kept secret), it is only minutes walk from the quaint port of Cabopino with its range of bars and restaurants and 5 minutes drive to the commercial centre at Calahonda, yet only 10 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella.

Offering a very comfortable stay, this sought after penthouse apartment is extremely well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Laid out over 2 floors with the master bedroom on the upper floor with its own separate WC and spacious shower. There is also a compact kitchen facility on the upper floor for easy service to the terrace and pool area, which includes its own dining facilities, lounge area and sun loungers.

On the lower floor there is another sea facing double with king sized bed, en-suite bathroom with bath and shower and direct access to another terrace. There are also 2 twin bedrooms (one with a terrace) and a shared bathroom with bath and shower. The indoor living space includes a stylishly furnished lounge and dining area which opens onto another terrace complete with lounge furniture and dining area, and surrounded by glass curtains that can be opened fully, but in cooler times still allow you to enjoy the fantastic sea panorama. The space is completed by a fully equipped kitchen, utility room and cloakroom.

Guests will be met on arrival and introduced to all the facilities and how to operate air conditioning etc. Your local hosts will be available throughout your stay to offer help and information on the area, local facilities, transport and restaurant recommendations amongst other as required (working hours only except in case of emergencies)

Cabopino is a little jewel on the Costa Del Sol with a beautiful marina that boasts a small selection of bars and restaurants of good quality. In the immediate vicinity are some of the best beaches, all very child friendly, that are also home to a number of typical beach bars (chiringuitos) that often have live music. The commercial centre of Calahonda is only 5 minutes drive with ample free parking and many more cafes, bars and restaurants, a choice of supermarkets, banks and independent shops. Alternatively there is a smaller commercial centre an easy 12 minute walk which again includes supermarkets, banks and general retailers, plus a few bars, restaurants and coffee shops. Central Marbella is just over a 10 minute drive, 20 minutes by bus or approx 15 euros in a taxi.

The nearest bus stop is only a 10 minute walk with half hourly connections to both Marbella and Fuengirola. There is a taxi rank in the nearby port of Cabopino. There is ample parking outside the property but within the secure complex.
