About the property

Friendly family residence Heated summer pool Directly on the ski Slopes+Garden

this very Family Friendly residence is located at the entrance to the village of Agentière. It faces the Ski Slopes to the 'Grand montets' Ski Lift. the slopes are withing walking distance and it isn't necessary to have a car. There is a beautiful view of The Mont Blanc from the Garden and the Pool. There are very many treking and hiking trails which are accessible directly through a private gate for residents only. Very cozy feeling to this small but very well organised Studio. Everything in it is new. the couches are very easy to open and make into beds; Large beds that are both 140cm! The kitchen is well equipped and has an electric stove and burners. There is also an WIFI connection for your personal use. The Flat screen TV has approx 30 channels. some in English. The bathroom has a tub, Shower and Wash basin. Very large cupboards! Ski lockers are situated in the entrance. Basically grab your skis and walk to the slopes! Private Parking lot and basically Well equipped.

The windows in this apartment are purposely without curtains; There are very heavy duty shutters that roll down at night; This permits the apartment to have more light during the day and to be completely sealed off at night. There is a curtain that separates the Entrance to the Salon; It makes a very private space for undressing and using the bathroom at the same time.

  • The bathroom has a bath and shower and a brand new WC. It has not yet been totally renovated, it is in the plans but has not been completed; Quite large bathroom with central heating so it very warm all the time.

  • The living area has 2 Large Sofas that both make into beds.The beds are 140cm each. The matresses are brand new and high quality. Very easy to manipulate, the cushions stay attached and with just a touch they make into cozy beds. We have supplied Comfy Swedish Quilts and woolen blankets. The Bedspreads can be used as decorations or warmth. There is room for a childs bed. A child could also sleep on the couch if the table is placed beside it as a crib. The studio has very large cupboards to arrange your things. The Matresses are high quality and brand new! Very comfy!

Notes:
the very large swimming pool is available in the summer. It is heated and for the private use of the residents of the residence 'Grands Montets'. The residence is situated on 1 Ha of Garden. Snow in the winter and lovely green grass in the spring and summer. There are many Outdoor Toys such as a Ping pong table, Swings, and it is OK to play football on the Grass if the noise level stays down. There is a private back gate that leads directly to the Slopes for skiing. Also there are very many trekking, walking, hiking, jogging paths right outside the back gate of the residence. It is even possible to go to town as it is only 500m away. The train station is very closeby. There is a very nice superMarket called Super U. It carrys a very complete line of products; And it is very cheap. It has everything! A bigger one is located in downtown Chamonix. They both have nice regional specialitys , fruits, vegetables , sandwiches, etc...
